  1. In the order now screen (for vendors) i need to see the re order number and the SKU

    When i have low stock items and i need to replenish my stock, i need to be able to create a purchase order & at them moment to do this i need to know the re order level of hundreds of items (this is impossible)
    In the Order now screen i need to see the reorder amount of each item, and possibly the SKU would help too.

  2. All purchases bills automatically reflect in GSTIN login

    All purchases bills automatically reflect in GSTIN login or ZOHO Login, based on their GSTIN no. So only sales will enter according to purchased items. Records will match easily.

  3. allow to print expenses.

    In India, we need to maintain expenses and attach physical receipts to expenses that we make.

    Digital formats are widely not accepted and this is one major problem for me since the feature isn't available. I cannot switch to Zoho from my existing system for the same reason.

  4. Fix the design of the unpaid invoice list template

    You have to increase the width of date, status, amount and balance column of the unpaid invoice list template to make it presentable.

  5. Fixed Price Project Snapshot Current Billing Period Summary

    The project summary Snapshot shows a graph with a toggle to switch between this week, this month, last month, last week.

    Below the snapshot graph is a section with Logged hours. This shows all previous hours logged and billed in a simple column.

    Please add a column (next to the column that shows total logged hours for the project) that shows the logged hours the project that corresponds to the toggle in the project snapshot.

    the above be added as it significantly improves the administration of a fixed price contract for us the user.

  7. Insert a "Late" column when listing all customer's payment

    When displaing the "Invoices payment" section it would be very useful to display a column "late" that can tell us how many days late/before the invoice wad paid against the due date.

  8. Connecto to Qonto in Zoho Books ( Banking )

    Hi,

    I'd like to connect to Zoho Book to my bank account at Qonto.
    They told me the API is available here, but I don't see how to connect it to Zoho Banking : https://api-doc.qonto.eu/1.0/welcome

  10. Be able to pull total project cost data from the project list pull from the API

    Right now the only way to pull the total project cost data is to pull from each individual project. Which would mean I would have to write each individual API calls for each project. This solution is not sustainable/automatic. It would be so great if I could get the total project cost along with the list of all projects in one API call so I can do things such as budget analysis and a multitude of different things.

  11. receipt template

    I love that invoices have a retail template with 3" or 4" as paper size. Can you also do this for Payments & Retainer Payments please? Our receipt printer prints that size and we really would love to be able to print Zoho payment receipts.

  13. Sales Staff assigning in users and rolls

    There should be an option that sales stuff can access as a user to generate invoice, sales order, payment entry extra. So we can track sales persons contribution to the firm as well as sale and the collection.

  14. tax summary

    In the Tax Summary report, when we drill down to the list of all the transactions in the tax type, can you add 2 extra columns being,
    1- the account that each transaction went to (eg fuel, postage, materials etc)
    2- the vendor

    If there also was an option to the see bank feed detail also that would be great but not as vital and the first 2 options listed.

  15. I would like to get file attachment container for customer credit notes also becuase we have to attached airlines credit note to the note

    Since our business has requirement where we need to share actual credit notes with our client thus we want a feature were we can attach actual airlines credit note to the client credit note. Thus please provide us a container in the client credit notes where we can attach the file. This will also be helpful for auditing purpose. We know that we can email separately any files, but we want to keep it in our ERP software also for auditing purpose.

  16. Option to hide invoice from customer portal

    There should be a selection button on each invoice, that you can check the box if you want the invoice to be shown in customer portal. If not checked, it means the invoice will stay hidden until you select to check it.

  17. have a stand alone mileage recording

    Mileage Recording. I am from Australia and using set rate method and claiming GST based on that. Calculation is not straightforward towards deductions and GST and there is limit per kilometres ran per year. It will be great if you are able to create something like that for Australian business or at least have a stand alone mileage recording.

  18. Bank Charges field on iOS app

    When recording an invoice payment on the web version of Zoho Books, I am able to enter bank charges for a transaction, but not on Zoho Books for iPhone/iPad. That field is simply missing. I can run the web version just fine in Safari, but it’s a clunkier workflow. I would love to see that field added for the iOS app.

  20. Allow deleting draft invoices but not sent invoices

    If you don't want to give a Role the permission to delete invoices that have been sent to a customer, but only invoices which are in Draft status.
