Need Zapier Trigger for SALES ORDER creation
I pay for multi users in both BOOKS and CRM. I simply want DEAL stage (in crm) to change when I create a Sales Order in Books. I'm told that I have to upgrade from Professional to Enterprise. This would cost me $500 more annually. I won't do this... I tried to create a zapier for this, There's trigger for INVOICE....There's trigger for ESTIMATE... how hard would it be for ZOHO to have a trigger for SALES ORDER????

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions are created in Preferences - one for each template (invoice, estimate, etc). However, there are many types of terms of conditions a seller will have within each category. For instance some quotes will be valid for 30 days, some 90, and terms will need to change accordingly. Users should either be able to create multiple terms and conditions in Preferences, or just be able to make and save terms and conditions in the Invoice/Estimate/etc templates and save the different template versions they need.

Make the template creator more like the template creator in Zoho CRM
The template creator in Zoho CRM (Quote, Sales Order, Invoice) is much more flexible than what is presented in Zoho Books. Use the Zoho CRM template creator tool in Zoho Books so there would be more synergy between the two product modules. You guys really have something here with all the modules, but it seems that each team (responsible for their modules) is having to recreate the wheel which seems redundant. I am sure the accounting module is not the easiest module to create especially when you are having to have it compatible with multiple country accounting practices. I applaud…

WAC Inventory Valuation Method
We are following WAC (weighted average cost) inventory valuation method,but in Zoho Books only FIFO method is possible. Please let me know if there any way to get WAC values in the reports & for COS calculation.

Refresh all feeds with single button from bank over view screen
Have one button that refreshes all bank feeds at one time instead of having to go into each account and refresh individually.

Please enable bank feed for FNB South Africa and maybe other popular South African banks.

Support for XML and digitally signed documents
My request is to add additional file formats as allowed attachments to transactions. There cases where I have to attach an XML file or a .P7M file (a digitally signed file) to a transaction. Since those documents are generated by government agencies (Italy), they cannot be converted in other formats but must be kept in their original format.

Zoho docs integration to allow customers to upload files
I have the need to share (send & receive documents) beyond just an estimate/invoice through the client portal. If it just had a link for the customer to access a shared read/read-write folder that would work too. But it would have to have the ability to create a folder and set permissions from the backend. This is so I can use one place to communicate documents with the customer related to their account, it would be preferred over having to also send them a docs folder invite separately.

Allow contacts to access client portal for multiple customers
Often times one person is responsible for managing and making payments for more than one of our clients. We need a person, single email address, to be able to log into the client portal for multiple clients.

Add Payment details to Statements as well as Invoices
Currently only the invoices have payment details. It would be useful for statements to also have these details to make it easier for customers to pay.

Banking - User Roles - 1 User To Have Access To Single Bank Account.
We have various locations and each location has to manage it's own expenses and is allocated/manages one bank account (sometimes in different currencies) - we need to be able to have one User/Accountant/Manager to have access to only a single bank account. By default the company Accountant can access all accounts.

A project related report that lists all transactions
At the moment, the project reports are limited to staff and tasks, with no feature of invoices or expenses. To get a whole view of a project these items need to be incorporated into a report.

Timesheet/Support Staff User Role
Be able to have more granular control of user roles, in order for employees (i.e. support team), not to be able to see sensitive information of the company (i.e. invoices, expenses, customer balances, etc.). In addition to current timesheet access, I would like to be able to give my support employees to:
1. Create new tasks (currently they can only select from existing tasks)
2. Have the ability to create Fuel/Mileage expenses when they travel to customer site for support15 votes
