A project related report that lists all transactions
At the moment, the project reports are limited to staff and tasks, with no feature of invoices or expenses. To get a whole view of a project these items need to be incorporated into a report.
This is also an issue we are facing. There seems to be no way to report on a project including all transactions associated with it. A Projects Column with the Account Transactions Report is needed, alongside the ability to have a running total for projects. (not just accounts). We need to be able to specify a date range and to be able to sort the report by project name, with a running total, viewing all projects and transactions within that date range. This is a MUST for companies that offer Project Sales. How does a business know how much money it has made after/as a project is delivered if this can't been seen? Please, please look into this. We currently have to use different accounting software along-side Zoho - which is come consuming!
This is really killing us...we have multiple projects with same customer and the export of ALL expenses that Zoho Books creates is useless when we cannot cull thru by project. Manually adding up expenses for reporting is costing us a fortune in time and is often incorrect ....please please add the project field to the export report please!!!! or we may have to leave ZB :(
Currently we are only able to export expenses and invoices by ALL (no filter for specific Project), as mentioned no report -bonus if in P&L based format! We track project cost & profit and manually calculating is not acceptable much longer.
