  1. improve CIS reports

    in the UK it is a legal requirement to send a CIS statement to your subcontractors monthly

    At present the system is clunky, you have to add custom filters and then download a pdf report and email out

    It would be a lot easier if you could run a report that automatically filtered only subcontractors billed in the month, and sent the statement automatically to the email address stored in their vendor details at set up

    Would be great to have a feature where you can send

  2. save customer credit card

    When a customer clicks a payment link within an invoice and they make the payment, we cannot reuse that card for future transactions. We have to request card info or send a new payment link. Can you enable it so that the customer makes the first payment and then refers to that card in the future.

  3. Create Advanced Inventory Expense Account Associations for Proper Cost Accounting

    Hi Zoho - Right now, inventory items can only be associated with one expense account, meaning that an organization that wants to track multiple specific expenses and "tie" them to a single inventory item cannot do so.

    The use case is this, if a company manufacturers products and has $100 of materials cost, and $100 of direct labor costs, they should be able to associate those two expenses to the total inventory item cost. Then, when the product sells, those two expenses should finally be realized on the P+L.

  4. Bill Creation for Service Expenses like Telephone Bill, Rent etc

    Presently we can only create a Bill for Items. But in practical life we get bills that are due in the future for Services as well. Want the bill functionality to be extended to recording the Bills for Service type expenses as well like Telephone Bill, WIFI Bill, Utilities Bill and Rent bill and other similar bills.

  5. Allow option to print my business name on checks or enable HTML editor for Check template

    Allow option to print my business name on checks. My checks don't have my business name on them. My previous accounting software (Quickbooks) had the option to print my business name and address on the checks in the upper left corner. It would be great if this was an option, or give me the option to use the HTML editor on the check template and I could add it myself.

  6. add LCL Crédit lyonnais Bank

    is not available in ZOHO bank integration,... As CIC, Crédit mutuel bank do ! Why ????
    I suggest to add LCL Bank with EBIC format French Bank

  8. Provide an option to print the attachments in Bills

    Provide an option to print the attachments along with the details in the bill.

  9. Allow a new billing method "Based on Task Cost", for when each task has a flat fee cost.

    Included a new Billing method for when each task has a flat fee cost associated to it: "Based on Task Cost".

    I have projects where each task has a fixed flat fee, so I can´t use Staff Hours or Tasks hour and is not a Project Flat Fee neither.

  10. TOTAL AMOUT IN WORD IN THE SALES ORDER

    We have started recording quotations using Sales Orders. But the total amount isn't appearing in words and the option to do so cannot be found in the template as well. We would like to suggest to add this option to the Sales Orders.

  11. Add tab with Spreadsheets to Invoices, Estimates and Sales Orders

    In Estimates (and Invoices and Sales orders?) add TAB with SPERADSHEETS. With this option, we can have all cost calculations used to create current transaction (Estimate, Invoice, Sales Order). When we need create similar transaction, then we can copy old one and modify spreadsheet to get new costs.

    At this time we can connect external spreadsheets, but when we copy transaction and open connected spreadsheetand save new data, we will lost old calculations (on old documents we will have connected spreadsheet with last saved datas).

  14. AR related

    When i tried to enter opening balances in AR as CREDIT BALANCE i am unable to enter - there should be a field to enter CREDIT BALANCE in AR as well as Debit balances in AP as there may be some debit balance in vendor would also be there,.

    Also, when entering the opening balances, we must be able to enter the same invoice number and date wise as this will be helpful in future when we extract the outstanding receivable.

  15. state name change in the state tax code page

    The state names of few are changed like pondicherry to puducherry. Please make those changes like pondicherry/puducherry and Delhi/New Delhi in the state coloumn of GST tax page.

  16. Show User on Purchase Order and allow filtering

    Good Afternoon,

    It would be great to have the Purchase Order show the user who created it.
    Also, allowing a filter by USER so an employee could see only their POS.

  19. When setting up a customer in Books you should be able to designate and email or emails as the primary one for invoices.

    Currently the primary email for a customer in Books is the default email. This presents a problem when sending invoices. In most cases the primary contact and the invoice person are different. We should be able to designate an email las an invoice email.

  20. when paying Vendors can we have the ability to notify them in a single email. So 3 invoices paid -notify with 1 email with invoice numbers o

    Instead of sending separate emails to the same supplier when I pay multiple bills, can we have a grouped email that would list all bills paid?
