Gift certificate help.
I purchased a gift certificate (GC) with the intention of given it to another Rendeorsity member, but they can't use it.
They get a "Sorry, that gift certificate does not belong to you."
I decided to add another GC to my cart and went to checkout and I don't see an option for recipient.
Is there a way for me to get this GC to the intended recipient?

So if you have a problem with transferring a gift certificate, write about it to support you because we don't know your whole situation exactly. It would be better for you if people who often solve such questions answered you. I've never understood why people create such threads, and at the same time, they don't even try to write to support. Not always ordinary forum users will be able to help you. On the contrary, it happens that they only harm you.
