Value of PDR in Accident
In the following Facebook post (Thanks to John Gibson for original post to C8 Corvette Owners (And Friends) FB page), we see the result of a C8 owner's unfortunate encounter with a motorcycle. Fortunately, no one was hurt and the damage does not appear to be extreme, but it shows the tremendous value of the PDR as well as the outstanding handling characteristics of the C8 when recovering from the mishap.

I am very glad that no one was hurt because from such collisions, very often, people are injured or even die on both sides. As for automatic video recording in the car, I am now considering buying a camera and setting it to automatic recording. A handy feature that, for some reason, I had not thought about before. Ten years ago, I had a minor road accident when a man in a car drove into my unit. It is good that the accident was closer to the city center, near various restaurants, cafes, and other establishments. The police managed to find a camera in one of these establishments, which filmed the accident.
