    The ability to create a Custom Price List that contains only the products you require for a particular project, scheme, or group of customers. Easy to use, quick to find the products required and removes ambiguity or error.

  5. Read notifications for invoices

    Read notification for emailed invoices would be nice. That way we know that they got it and have looked at it. And that the invoice didn't get lost in the spam folder.

  6. Uncheck sales orders automatically after printing.

    After selecting the check boxes for printing sales orders the check boxes then need to be unchecked automatically after printing as it is easy to hit the delete button and erase the checked boxes. I did this today and had to re-enter the said sales orders a second time, this was caused by my having to erase a duplicated order and I accidentally unchecked the said order and pressed deleted which actually deleted all the other sales orders and not the one I selected to deleted. My fault but it's easily done.

  8. Itemize an transaction to split into owner draw and expense

    This would be a nice option to split say car insurance into business and owner draw without having to make manual entries.

  9. Modify / Edit Taxes in Bill

    There should be an option to edit tax when creating bills, it is available in expenses, please add it in Bills as well

  10. invoice view

    In the invoice page where it list all invoices, I have created 3 custom view namely
    Nov when inv date is after 31-OCT-2017 and before 30-Nov-2017
    Dec when inv date is after 30-Nov-2017 and before 31-Nov-2017
    Current - when invoice date is 'This Month'

    Now in nov 2018 the view needs to be recreated.
    In addition to 'ALL' by default zoho books should come with monthly view of the invoice.

  11. I would like a simple way of logging my incoming assignments in Zoho Books so I know what work I have on and what I need to invoice.

    I am a translator and need a way of simply keeping track of the work projects I have on. The project function is too complicated. It does not allow me to order the projects by date for a start. It also doesn't allow me to delete the projects if there are connected invoices. I just want a simple way of entering project information in a list form.

    1. Pls provide option to Remove tax in Delivery Challan
    2. In invoice option provided in shipping addr field to copy billing addr the same not there in delivery challan. Pls provide this option

  13. Show the Accounting Posting (Simulation) before the posting is made

    Hi

    We want to see the accounting posting that Zoho Books is going to post, before saving the transaction.. As of now, we have to manaully go to the Reports Section and see the Account Journal.. This is very cumbersome

    All leading accounting softwares have this provision. We are disappointed the same is not available here

  14. Send and Print

    Print Setting > Document Copies > 2 Copies Selected
    However in the invoice click 'Send and Print' only one copy printout.

    The way it should work is
    When click on 'Send and Print' according to the print setting that many copies should be printed

  16. GST on Freight Charges

    As far Shipping Charges/Freight Charges is also GST applicable, wherein, in your current software if you want GST to be calculated for Freight charges it is not possible. Your call center team suggest us to add as another line item this shipping charges which is not the right way of doing it

  20. Integrate with Etsy

    I'd like Zoho Books to be able to integrate with Etsy. Many e-commerce shops that sell handmade or vintage items sell on Etsy, and it would be very useful to have Etsy integration. Especially as I charge in USD but pay fees in CAD, using Zoho's functionality for multiple currencies would be ideal for Etsy transactions. Having to manually upload a formatted CSV each month adds to my bookkeeping time.
