  2. Add multiple currency option for budgets.

    Hi. I'm requesting an option under Budgets.

    Our company has expenses and income in multiple currencies. For eg: we pay out salaries in AED, INR and USD. When I use budget option, there's no option to select currency and I just have to add the value. I presume the values are all calculated based on the Base currency set in Zoho Books. Having to convert INR and USD to AED and add the converted value is not accurate and it is susceptible to change. Having a currency option in Budget is critical for us.

  4. Cheque Writing

    It would be helpful to be able to write a cheque against a bank account to any customer, vendor or employee and post to any GL account. Lots of time saved in data entry. The fact that you can only write a cheque against a bill entered is ridiculous.

  13. Add a list of values to a custom field

    In the custom fields for items we use a classification value which is usually out of 4 or 5 choices. it would be great to create a list of values for the custom field like the data validation feature in excel where you can have a drop down list under the cell and just pick a value from there.

    For example, When creating a new item I like to classify them as 'Spare Parts', 'Electric tools', 'Pneumatic tools', 'Consumables' etc. Its usually something out of those values so rather than having to type it in everytime I create a new…
