  1. Permit invoice same customer on many curriences

    Is really import permit generate an invoice in 2 or more curriencies for the same customer. Actually we have to create two different customer one in USD and other in other currency to can invoice them!

  2. pricelist for purchase order

    Sometimes, if you have to purchase goods for a special customer, you can purchase for a better price at your vendor. then it would be very handy to have a purchase price list.

    This is also very needed if you work with resellers. If you have to purchase something for a reseller at your Vendor you mostly purchase for a better margin.

    please have a look this this. it's 95% similiar to the pricelist for invoices

  3. I need a lab reporting tool

    Lab reporting tool where in i can input values for an item/test conducted in the lab. A simple report which shows test/item name, observed value in the lab, required value as per specifications, test method used, results or remarks. A section for explainations with pictures from my gallary and conclusions.

    Digital signatures by 3 levels of officers.

    Integration with Invoice.

    So that the lab report plus its invoice can be emailed to the client.

    If you develop the above you will kill much of your competition.

  4. Use a "Word Cloud" with user-specified rules to match customer payments

    I receive customer payments from multiple sources. Experience shows that each customer will use a reference that comprises:

    their name or variants thereof

    the invoice number, part thereof or an old invoice number
    the full amount or non-matching amounts
    none of the above!

    A simple matching method I once designed for a MS Access application was to do the following:

    Example deposit text: Payment Received: Abalone Gh xx0292 Payment xxxxxx4697

    Remove all phrases defined as junk in the description using customized rules created by the user. E.g. ="Payment Received:", starts with "payment xxxxxx". Operators like AND, OR, etc can also…

  6. I want to see how much money is left in my retainers

    I see that my retainers are « partially achieved », but I want to see how much money is left in my retainers to pay future invoices. I want to see it in the summary table and in the details.

  7. Create a better individual timesheet log

    We can already see the weekly timesheet log for one person, but the UX is bad. I want to see the complete name of the project and the task and if the task is billable or not. I need more totals (billable, not billable, by client). I want to start the chronometer there.

    The other view, where I can see timesheets by day becomes crazy when you have more than 20 entries. Harvest is a very good exemple to follow for time logging.

  9. Allow P&L and BS report to order according to account codes (not alphabetical) in report sections

    The account names are fixed by our language, but the numerical codes are flexible. Why can't the P&L and BS reports order the sections according to numerical code, which therefore overrides the alphabet we are stuck with using

  10. Enable customer to change invoice to recurring invoice in portal

    Would like customer to be able to switch current open invoice to recurring invoice and enable auto charge on their saved credit card.

    Hi

    is it possible to create Delivery note before creating the invoice.sometimes we send the goods along with DN/DC then on the weekend create invoices for payment against those DC's.

  13. Sub Accounts - Sales Purchases and journal entry

    I can see how to set up sub accounts and they look great and also how the roll up and reporting works which is great.

    But when you raise entries in sales or purchases or journals the sub account functionality is limited as you are unable to clearly select or navigate to a sub account

    You have to view the whole list which is not practical
    the entry screens need to be modified to split the coding structure into two columns one will be parent account and the second sub account

  14. Autofill Reason for updating invoice

    Hi guys

    After updating an invoice, we are prompted to give a reason for the change - which is a very good idea.

    In my case, there are several reasons that come up regularly.
    1. remove the credit card fees because paid by direct deposit to bank
    2. change due date for a payment plan
    and I’m sure there are many others in other companies.

    It’s a pain to have to type that every time. And you could end up with inconsistent notations.

    So it would be really cool to have a selection of preset radio buttons to click as…

    A Cost, Sell, and Margin calculator in ZB would be amazing. We use this all the time, but I am not always at my desk. This calculator needs to be accessible on any page through ZB.

  16. Additional user defined invoice & Purchase order statuses

    I'd love to have Additional user defined invoice & Purchase order statuses the we can apply & shown on the top right, like the "Open" & "Overdue" on the top left & be able to do reports on them. Such as ...
    Invoices: "To be processed", "Ready for dispatch", "Delivered" etc
    Purchase orders : "Received", "Part received", "Awaiting production" etc.

  17. sku

    Since Zoho forces the user to create a unique SKU for each item, we should be able to USE that SKU also. It does not show on REPORTS, PO's, INVOICES or anywhere else where it is ABSOLUTELY NEEDED. This is not a wish list item, it's a NECESSITY. If you have more than a dozen or so items, how are you supposed to identify them from invoices, reports or po's????

  18. Could you add support for POLi Payments or other NZ Payment gateways

  20. Introduce simple scheduling of reports

    It would be good to have the ability to simply schedule the production and distribution of a report to the report user.
    An example - it would be good if I could simply schedule a Sales by Sales Person report to output via PDF, XLS etc. to my staff every Monday for the previous week. This would allow them to easily track their progress without having access to the entire reporting module.
