  1. Reminders with the same set of configuration

    Possibility to have reminders with the same set of configurations so it would be possible to set reminders in different languages.

  2. The ability to mark multiple projects inactive/completed at one time, rather than individually.

    This would be a huge time saver if the project list had a checkbox next to project where you can mark it "complete" or "inactive," instead of manually opening each project to deactivate. I work on hundreds of projects a year, so that would be very helpful feature to have.

  3. In India, there are multiple sources of funding, in addition to formal sources such as banks, credit card. Can you add this feature

  4. Expected date of recovery

    There should be a report based on expected date of recovery and connected sales person to it. Its helpful to know when debt shall be recovered across the organization to that cash flow can be ensured.

  5. The option to export an Item list that include all item details plus the inventory should be added.

    The option to export an Item list that include all item details plus the inventory should be added. The current export tool only includes the opening inventory and this information needs to be supplemented with up to date info on the current status of inventory per item.

  7. Bulk Categorization of Banking Statements based on Keyword search.

    Would like to search the Banking Transactions or Manually Imported transactions with certain keywords. The list of search list to be "Bulk" added to desired Expenses or Income category. This will help us to categorize the transactions in a easier way.

  8. time series based item pricing

    Is their any way to specify the time series based pricing, i.e vendor providing different prices for same item on different period in time. how can we record these prices and how this impact the inventory valuation.

  9. Workflow based on customer activity

    The workflow automation is making life easier – so thank you for that!
    It would be nice to have the option of automating emails based on the customer activity. What I mean by this is that if the customer has not bought anything for i.e. 6 moths than the system can send an automated email.
    This would make keeping in touch with customers so much easier!

  10. Add a weekly calendar to Timesheet, All Timesheet

    The monthly calendar is fine, but a weekly calendar would provide a more granular view of the week, and many organizations want timesheets posted by the end of each week.

  11. Be able to enter purchase price in currency

    Would be GREAT if i could enter purchase prices in currency. The price in € is my fixed cost, the floating £ price is my landed cost, which changes on a daily basis. Entering only sterling means every PO needs correcting.

  13. Include "Positive Stock on Hand" as a drop down option for "View By" items.

    Having this as an option, you would be able to see what items you actually have on hand, not an entire list of all items ever added. This option would be extremely useful and should be easy to implement.

  14. Been Able to choose more fields in Account Receivable Reports

    It is very important and easy to add more fields when custom one of the reports.
    Fields like City or State in the Custumer Balance Summary is basic, same in aging sumary.
    I need to have a report where I can filter or export to Excel how much money per City clients owe me. Make this report it is very dificult. Add few columns to this report will fix this issue.

  15. Improve "Time to Get Paid"

    This report could be very useful, but at the moment it is pretty useless. It has no customization options available. The worst part is that column headers (0-15 DAYS, etc) just don't relate to anything. IF those were adjustable then people could change the report to reflect their businesses payment terms.

  16. Invoices

    I am new to zoho invoice. I have noticed that company and tax id even if checked. It is still not appearing on the Invoices. Also, It would be nice if the Total amount in the invoice could be mentioned in words too. Just my opinion.

  17. Be able to track sales agent and production staff member who did the work.

    I would like to be able track which person brought the client to the firm (sales agent) in terms of dollars collected by the client and track who did the work (staff member). An owner may bring a client to the firm (sales agent) but may not do the work; we need to measure value of who grows the firm as well as who did the work (for bonuses).

  19. Add the option of using daily rate in time sheet section in addition to an hourly rate. Consultants work a daily and hourly rates.
