'Create Invoice from Attachment' button - Office365 integration
We are an Office365 organisation. Every time a vendor sends an invoice, the invoice is attached to an email. Instead of having to open the email, save attachment to desktop, rename it, then go into zoho books, create invoice, then upload the invoice...imagine if we could simply (in outlook) right click on an attachment in email, and have a zoho option such as "Create invoice with attachment" which would open a new browser window with a 'rename' input text box option, automatically create a new zoho invoice with the attachment already uploaded. this would significantly reduce workflow and admin time & errors, and be a differentiated integration with microsoft that bookkeepers & accountants will love.
