Why can't we delete or post the original accounts into subaccounts? This is driving my crazy
I want to be able to delete all accounts even the original ones that are included in the chart of accounts by default. I also want to be able to put all accounts into subaccounts. Is anyone else annoyed by this?

Ledger View Options
There must be an option to open any account and view the transactions in it. And that too one can access even if one were to be in the middle of any screen.
I want to check a particular expense account in Trial Balance, I have no other option except to scroll down a long list and find them. Your search option on the top doesn't provide the assistance.I just wanted to check for service tax account. zoho not able to filter and bring it up. Takes a lot of time to do ledger review.

Time stamp printed on the invoice
Due to anticipated change in regulation, we would like to ask you for the ability to include the exact time (hour:minute:second) when the invoice is created on the created invoice.

Allow posting to several accounts when writing checks.
When writing checks that do not go through AP, it would be helpful to allow several accounts to be posted. Example, payroll wires need to be separated between Salary, payroll tax and payroll liability accounts. All other accounting software has this feature. Thanks

filter transactions by payment type when matching transactions
When matching deposits to transactions, it would be great if we could filter by payment type as our credit card machine sends batched deposits separately by "credit card" and "debit card" every night. Also, we deposit "checks" and "cash" at the end of every week. These payments types are already entered for each transaction. This would allow us to quickly identify the numerous transactions that make up every deposit. Our current workaround is to deposit all transactions into an "undeposited funds" account we made for ourselves, from which we transfer the amounts for each category into the checking account at…

make the payment options button better
The button for payment options on a retainer invoice or invoice is not very well designed. I suggest you redesign it to make it more obvious and clearer to a customer that they should click there to pay online. A better CTA.

Would like to see Expenses and Bills posting
Would like to see Expenses and Bills posted/attached to a specific invoice and not the Client in general.Then view a report with the Income Statement for that specific invoice.

Pause feature for Zoho Books timesheets
At the moment we can only 'start' and 'stop' a timer. It would be very welcome to have a 'pause' function on the timer - as other apps such as 'Fanurio' have.

Customer/Supplier Payments
If an invoice has an amount payable of 1000 and the customer pays 1500 the excess of 500 must be able to be reflected on the customers account and statement.

Developers' Version
I suggest developers should be provided with a free version of ZOHO products so that they can integrate and develop things for their clients. That version may be restricted to be used only by developers. One way of ensuring that may be to restrict the number of transactions in developers’ version.
I believe the developers/consultants are the true promoters of any 3rd party software. So, they should be facilitated in every aspect.1 vote -
Bulk Add Expenses Add a project and Customer field. Or make it custom so I can add any field I want to.
When adding Bulk Expenses, could you add a feature where you can select any field you would like to add or remove from this view. For example I require the entry of Customers and Projects which isn't currently available.

Transactions by Cutomer at the Mobile App
I will be very helpful at the mobile app Contacts Module a way to see transactions by category.
Every time i want to check a customer invoices i have to go to Invoices module and try the customer name, some times i got several customer invoices becuase similar name.1 vote -

it would be great to have the possibility to NOT print the tax summary on the delivery notes.

Client Portal Payment message customization
Please allow us to change the "ou can pay either by credit card or using your PayPal Business account." message in the client portal when using Paypal Standard. A lot of our customers are getting confused and think they need to have a business account in order to pay.

A selection for contact name under the field for ATTN
It will be good if there is a new drop list or selection to choose the new created Estimate or Invoice is ATTN to which contact user within the same company. Currently it is very troublesome where A company has many different contact from different department, but the created PDF is always being defaulted to primary contact. And in order to set ATTN to the user we want, we have to manually go to Contact setting to assign the user as primary role, then switch to another contact name again for invoicing. Very inconvenient and time consuming.

Enable sort by "Age" and "Due Date" in Aging Details Report.
The use of the report is to know when to pay bills and needs to be sortable.
