  4. block customers

    Give an option to block certain customers. For example make sure that sales can't enter an order for a customer that didn't pay his bills. Now you can put a customer on inactive but if you create an inactive customer as a new contact the system allows it (even if you uncheck the box for allowing duplicate contacts) and the order can be entered anyway without sales knowing that the customer is blocked.

  5. Stop the message to refresh on every page when an enhancement is made.

    Nearly every time a page is loaded, you get the message on top that an enhancement has been made and to reload the page. There is zero value in this message at the rate that it is received. It just wastes time.

  6. Automatically populate default tax code for purchase orders

    When creating purchase order lines the tax code should automatically populate from the default tax code if the item is taxable. It is very time consuming to enter a tax code on every line of a purchase order.

  9. Multiple entity on the same account

    Running multiple project inside a same entity. Now we need separate cash flow for different project. Now buying different account doesnt get the syncing in place.

    Now adding different entity. you can charge the same amount. However it should get synced up with parent account. This way we can know how much money moved from parent account to the group account.

  10. Copy Custom Field Information for Items from Estimates/Sales Orders to Purchase Orders

    I have set up a number of custom fields for my items. As I would like to reduce human error I have made these fields mandatory.

    When creating an estimate if I want to select a different option from the drop-down box I can do this and it will copy across to the sales order and invoice but not to the purchase order. This is very problematic when you are selling made-to-order products with customised variations.

    Ideally the purchase order should take the manufacturer's item description and pricing but copy across any information from the custom fields in the estimate/sales…

  11. Allow other messaging services to be used (like WhatsApp) to send messages to a client from inside the mobile app.

    When you open a contact card on the mobile app, it is possible to call and message them among other things. It would be great if one can choose your default messaging app, like WhatsApp. Possible?

  12. Create Customer Receipts that Connect to Items

    There needs to be a feature to process Customer Receipts that are connected to items. None of my members will receive an Invoice. Therefore, I will not need to receive a payment based on an invoice. As other systems allow for processing of receipts for a sale/service/event, it would be helpful to have this in Zoho.

    Additionally, if one is selling an item, they would not process an invoice first. It would be a sale, attached to the specific items/categories listed, and then receipt of payment. I am using this system for a choir, and it is necessary to tract…

  13. please add a badge on document icon showing new documents in inbox

    This is so we can remember to check there for expenses for which team members have sent receipts through email to our zoho document inbox. Otherwise, it is hard to remember to check there.

    Once I schedule it, the report I am being sent is only the standard report (1 month data)

  16. Delivery notes and packing slips should be available on plain paper

    When we sell goods to a trade customer, we might send the goods direct to their customer, and we need to send paperwork on plain paper. There is currently no template to amend the paperwork, only option is to add or not show, but this does not include our address.

  17. Update price lists when invoice line item price changes

    I have associated price lists to each customer but when my prices increase, I would like to see the price list automatically be updated so that the customer will then be charged the most recent price without having to manually update the price lists daily.
    Some items are not on customers lists, but when they start to order the item, it would be great to have the last price they were charged automatically on their price list.
    If there is a workflow that anyone knows of that could enable this, I'd greatly appreciate your comments.

  20. I want to design enhancements for Zoho Books using Zoho Creator

    Zoho allows developers access to the Books API. So why not make Zoho Creator a tool for developing new features? I would like to create job costing functions and reports for Books.
