  1. Additional user defined invoice & Purchase order statuses

    I'd love to have Additional user defined invoice & Purchase order statuses the we can apply & shown on the top right, like the "Open" & "Overdue" on the top left & be able to do reports on them. Such as ...
    Invoices: "To be processed", "Ready for dispatch", "Delivered" etc
    Purchase orders : "Received", "Part received", "Awaiting production" etc.

  2. sku

    Since Zoho forces the user to create a unique SKU for each item, we should be able to USE that SKU also. It does not show on REPORTS, PO's, INVOICES or anywhere else where it is ABSOLUTELY NEEDED. This is not a wish list item, it's a NECESSITY. If you have more than a dozen or so items, how are you supposed to identify them from invoices, reports or po's????

  3. Could you add support for POLi Payments or other NZ Payment gateways

    We are interested in using a more cost effective payment system to PayPal could you add intergration with the likes of POLi Payments as shown here:http://www.polipaymentdeveloper.com/initiate

    Good morning, I suggest that the invoices and delivery notes comes two signatures because I when delivering the delivery note to the customer I sign and the customer then also have to sign, then placing a custom field for one more signature is very important.

  5. Introduce simple scheduling of reports

    It would be good to have the ability to simply schedule the production and distribution of a report to the report user.
    An example - it would be good if I could simply schedule a Sales by Sales Person report to output via PDF, XLS etc. to my staff every Monday for the previous week. This would allow them to easily track their progress without having access to the entire reporting module.

  6. Sale history graph of individual products/items

    Be able to click on sales by item report and then drill down into a particular item to be able to see the sales history of that item (ie SKU) in a graphical format - with an interval setting eg, daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly. This will help businesses quickly see the sales growth/decline of different products.

    The notifications that are triggered based on your sales team actions in crm gets simultaneously pushed into your preferred Slack channel (#general, #random, etc.)

  10. Add a Feature called Cash Inflow From External Sources other than Bank

    Add a Feature called Cash Inflow Other than Bank, with the very same options you have inside the Banking option in the Menu Column at Left. That way for example: if the owner of a business gives money to the business, it can be added as Owners Contribution, but it will be from the Owners own pocket, not from Banking source. With this Feature....if the Owner gives money to the Business from his own pocket, we can add it outside Banking source, coz it didnt come from the Bank account of the Business. It may came from the Bank account…

  11. Include items/tax placeholder in email templates

    Please include placeholders for Items in email templates so that we can include a summary of charges in the email body itself and client can see details of items without downloading PDF invoice.

  13. Create sales report by person that shows Invoice date and Payment date

    We pay commissions on payments received not sales made. It would behelpful if that the same report includes the payment mode.

  16. Integrate with payment gateway TAP (http://www.tap.company/)

    At the moment the payment gateways you are integrated with do not support most of the worldwide currencies. Can you please consider enlarging your pool of payment gateways to ones that take into account currencies like the KWD? Thx

  17. Transaction Updates Details

    It will be fine to get the details when a transactions are updated in SO,INVOICE by getting :

    • Items Added and or Deleted
    • Price Item Change

    Actually when SO,Invoices are updated by adding or deleting items we only get a comment as updated and it's not possible to know which updates made .

  19. Sub- Accounts

    Grouping Accounts Step by Step for Zoho Books !
    1-You already have created the first level of accounts (Assets, Liabilities, Equities, Revenue & Expenses) Job is done
    2-Next Step you should create the second level of in the chart of accounts. You are almost there ! The Type of Modules you have (Cash, Banks , AC Rec ...etc) Could be the best way for the second level. (With the exception of Expenses which you already developing)
    3. If the above is done then all other grouping should be done by a report writer and not in the structure of accounts.

  20. Need to add product pictures to "items" that are printable.

    I love this program and ease of use, but if you dont add product pictures that are printable and viewable by customers... then i'm going to have to find another software program. If you need to charge more for cloud space... then I'm willing to pay for that. Please upgrade soon.
