to allow customizing the Dashboard by letting users add boxes such as Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
User should have the ability to add boxes below your standard dashboard (or also be able to reorder them). In my case i would like to add sales orders and purchase orders at the end of the standard dashboard boxes.

Search creates so much work for me, due to it does not understand the need for allowing duplicate org names. Add other searchable fields!!!
Used SalesForce for 10 years. We have hundreds of Religious Organizations with the same name. When I'm creating invoices or recurring invoices I literally must open at least 3 screens to make sure I have the correct client. 1 screen consisting of the report im running from zoho CRM (which i dump into excel), another screen in zoho BOOKS (which also opens a long list of hundreds of the same name clients that i have requested. And another zoho CRM screen where i do searches on my unique account number. Something that should take seconds turns into a 15 minute…

on the "timesheet" page, add a "unbilled time"
At month end, I have to go through each active case to see which of them have timesheets which must be invoiced. Having the suggested column would tell me not only which ones have such time, but which active files may need attention.

Calculation of due taxes (VAT and service TAX)
Currently we are not able to get the reports which to know about due tax to be paid. E.g. in case of service tax, the report should calculate due tax by reducing the service tax which we have paid from the one which we have received.

Referrals
Hello Team,
I would like to have an option to add an additional type of contacts i.e. Referrals. This will allow is to keep a tab on payments that we are giving out to people who refer a client our business and record the transactions easily.

Add Selector Tool for Companies to Choose the States they Ship to
Currently I only ship to a couple states but I have no way of stopping a purchase if a customer orders from a state I don't ship to. I really need this service to prevent bad customer experiences where I have to cancel orders. - Thank you.

Change from 6 decimal points to 9 decimal points
When you change currencies from KHR (Cambodian Riel) to USD, 6 decimal places is not enough to get an accurate transfer. For example if I was to change 100 USD to 405,000 KHR this is impossible unless I have more decimal points for the exchange rate. This would be the same problem for converting any currency from large to small. Example USD or AUD to Cambodian Riel or Vietnamese Dong ect where the dong and riel are 4000 or 20000 to 1 USD or AUD

block customers
Give an option to block certain customers. For example make sure that sales can't enter an order for a customer that didn't pay his bills. Now you can put a customer on inactive but if you create an inactive customer as a new contact the system allows it (even if you uncheck the box for allowing duplicate contacts) and the order can be entered anyway without sales knowing that the customer is blocked.

Stop the message to refresh on every page when an enhancement is made.
Nearly every time a page is loaded, you get the message on top that an enhancement has been made and to reload the page. There is zero value in this message at the rate that it is received. It just wastes time.

Automatically populate default tax code for purchase orders
When creating purchase order lines the tax code should automatically populate from the default tax code if the item is taxable. It is very time consuming to enter a tax code on every line of a purchase order.
