  1. no tax summary on delivery notes - option

    it would be great to have the possibility to NOT print the tax summary on the delivery notes.

  2. Increase API integration capability

    Hello Zoho,

    It would be great if I could integrate my Zoho Books accounting system to issue oficial XML invoices that are generated through the government site www.sat.gob.mx

    The idea is to increase the API integration capability to be able to configure my own integrations to other applications.

  3. Client Portal Payment message customization

    Please allow us to change the "ou can pay either by credit card or using your PayPal Business account." message in the client portal when using Paypal Standard. A lot of our customers are getting confused and think they need to have a business account in order to pay.

  5. A selection for contact name under the field for ATTN

    It will be good if there is a new drop list or selection to choose the new created Estimate or Invoice is ATTN to which contact user within the same company. Currently it is very troublesome where A company has many different contact from different department, but the created PDF is always being defaulted to primary contact. And in order to set ATTN to the user we want, we have to manually go to Contact setting to assign the user as primary role, then switch to another contact name again for invoicing. Very inconvenient and time consuming.

  6. Enable sort by "Age" and "Due Date" in Aging Details Report.

    The use of the report is to know when to pay bills and needs to be sortable.

  7. seperate bills & Expenses in reports sections. like it is separated in Users & Roles. a no access user to expenses still can see it inreport

    in Roles, it is great to allow us to separate the access between the bills & the expenses. but surprisingly still the user can see the expenses registered in the bills reports!!

  8. Map Accounts for WePay Transactions

    Currently, you can map your accounts for Stripe transactions using the edit setting button which allows you to select the account to use for fees, sales and taxes. When you setup the WePay integration, you are not able to select the account settings. As an example, when a payment is made through WePay, the fee is put into the account Bank Fees and Charges. It would be nice to select a different account such as WePay Fees.

  9. Cross exchange rate, please!

    I'm using Zoho Books in Serbia with EUR as the main currency. But the exchange rate for example 1 RSD = 0.008113 EUR is very unuseful because I need to setup an accurate end value in RSD. In this case usually we use cross-rate, for example 1 EUR = 123.0023 RSD.

  10. Notes

    This is a suggestion applicable for both Sales Orders and Invoices.

    I would like to see a simple function whereby on the list of both sales orders and invoices, wherever a note is applied to a specific invoice/sales order, a small icon is shown on the list of sales orders and invoices.

    This just serves to demonstrate which invoices or sales orders have notes assigned to them.

  12. Accept amazon payments

    It would be wonderful if you'd add the ability to accept Amazon Payments.

    Seriously need an alternative to PayPal which has been causing me no end of problems

    Weekly time log: add arrows to move back and forth through the weeks. Currently you see three weeks back and when you focus on a week the forward weeks are not visible anymore. Leave 3 weeks visible and put the focus on the middle one and allow the user to move forward one week or back one week

  14. allow

    We need to be able to use different types of checks. Our company has middle checks but Zoho only allows for top checks. This has created a need for our company to purchase more checks even though we just bought 6 boxes that are compatible with our old program. Most other programs allow the use of many different check formats

  16. Match Transactions

    When trying to match uncategorized transactions, the list of possible transactions that have been manually entered already include the date and the total. It would be great to also include the vendor name.

  17. For any transaction provide the option to view the same in Journal format, by clicking on the respective sales / purchase / expense bill.

    While viewing any entry in one account, not able to see which are all the accounts effected in a particular entry of sales/ purchase/expense

Having too much content in those templates to print only on "usLetter" format, I'm asking you to unlock the "usLegal" printing format at least for our personnalized custom templates. We"re a franchisor and we're about get our franchises to implement with your system after testing completed and meet our standard. Thanks

  19. Hi I want to select the timesheet-activity status either to 100% or into a value within ["Not Started", "WIP", "Done", "Reopened", "Fixed"]

    Currently the status column depends only on time worked it seems. But Work status is a complex field based on human agility and management.
