  6. Project wise invoice details

    Hi,

    Under the customer portal, we can see the projects and all the invoice details. However, we are unable to retrieve invoices on a project-wise basis. Additionally, the dashboard only displays overall credits and balance payable. Since we are managing multiple stakeholders for a particular account, we would like to enable them to view timelog and invoice details by project.

    It would be great if you could create a report accordingly.

    1. Enhance multilevel PO approval with introduction of multiple criteria in the PO approval work flow. i understand this is already available in ZOHO EXPENSE.

    2. for example - The approved PR (in EXPENSE) is converted into a PO (in BOOKS) and this PO is prepared by the Central Procurement department and approved based on delegated authority. The delegated financial power for example have following criteria:-

    INR 0-2.0 Lakhs - approved by Manager CP
    INR 2.0-5.0 Lakhs - to be approved by Director
    INR 5.0-10.0 L - to be checked and recommended by above and approved by VP Finance
    INR 10.0 L…

    Pretty simple - a little rotate button on uploaded documents (like expense receipts) that allows to rotate left or right when image is not the correct orientation.

    OR even better - AUTO orient uploaded images to display correctly. Seems a little crazy that something so simple is not available when everything else is so perfected after all these years.

  15. Give users much more flexibility to edit the "Email Notification" templates

    Hi
    I'm struck by how poorly these email templates look and the very limited options Zoho gives to customize them into something that looks at least reasonably professional. There are many great features in this app that I already really like BUT this one issue seems like a real "flat spot"!

    Please can you do more work here to allow users to personalize them much more WITHOUT needing to use HTML!!!
