  1. 'Payment Received by Sales Person'

    We calculate sales commission based on sales invoice that have been paid. Would really appreciate if you can create 'Payment Received by Sales Person' report -- similar to 'Sales by Sales Person' report.

  2. Be able to change currency on invoice without having to re-do an invoice

    I'd like to be able to change a currency for an invoice without having to re-do it.

    We'll invoice a client in GBP but then they'll ask for an invoice in EURO. It's silly that we can't simply convert the current invoice instead i have to delete it, change client info and then re-invoice.

  3. Enable batch numbers in Zapier integrations

    We cannot currently use Zapier to bring in sales invoices from our online store (Bigcommerce), because Zoho Books does not provide a line to enter a batch number, but rejects the incoming invoice because it lacks a batch number!

  6. Align Invoice Template with Bill Template.

    I see that when creating Invoices, it's easy to add Shipping costs. However, with creating a Bill, it's not the same. I'd expect feature parity there. If we could add the ability to enter Shipping charges in the same location as Invoices, rather than having to enable Landed Charges, and enter is as a line item, it would be great. Let me know if that doesn't make sense.

  10. You'd be able to search for an item when adding it to a price list

    When adding an item to a price list, you must scroll through the full list of items until you find what you are looking for. the process is both time consuming and frustrating.

  11. Allow multiple estimates to be converted into a single invoice.

    When I have a number of estimates it is annoying for the client to send several different invoices and annoying for me to have to copy and paste the info into one invoice. Can you make it so the estimates become items in a single invoice?

  16. Purchase bill number validation initially first hand before entering items.

    Purchase bill number validation tab should be given next to Purchase Bill number so as to avoid labour or entering hundreds of items in bill and at last encountering duplicate bill number already entered.

  17. Credit Card Expiration Notification

    I just found out that Zoho Books does not notify customers via email when their card is expiring. This would be a nice feature instead of simply sending Payment Declined emails once the card is actually expired. Sending the notification the month before it expires would be sufficient.

  19. Role Permissions at Branch/Location/Cost Center

    Along with Permission at Transaction Level, feature to restrict the permissions to a selected Branch or Location or Cost Center is needed.

    e.g Role with a particular Branch permission can view only that branch transactions. Role with All Branches permissions can view full organization transactions and run reports.

  20. Payment Bill or Invoice with different cash or bank currency

    For example you create invoice or bill with your base currency (USD) but vendors or customers pay in EUR or other currency in your bank acc or cash, and you choose payment and exchange rate currency for payment those bills or invoices
