  2. allow me to import several files for bank statements for the same day.

    We update our banks manually. We connect to the bank 3 times a day and get only the new movements, save them to a file and then we try to import this file to our Zoho bank account. First time is OK (10am) but when we try to import new movements between 10am and 2pm we get an error "A statement has already been imported for these dates. Please check and try again". We need a third import at 5pm.
    Maybe you can set a swith in configuration to turn ON/OFF this option.

  4. Item addon

    Like you operate in Subscriptions, for both Goods and Services. I have an Item listed as 'Boiler Service', some boilers I service have an additional part attached to them and for this I offer an addon. When I raise an invoice for a customer and add 'Boiler Service' as a line item I then want to be able to select any number of appropriate addons associated with that 'Boiler Service'.

  8. Stock/Inventory Value in hand at the Dashboard

    The first items at the Dashboard are Receivables and Payables, it gives a good overview of the business currently, but for a products dealing company like ours, it is incomplete without the stock value in hand.

  9. I need different sales rate for different quantity at the time of invoicing. This should come automatically once it is updated in ITEMS

    I give different rate to different customers as per their quantity purchase. So i need 3 slabs of sales rate based on quantity. while creating invoice, as i change quantity, rate should come automatically accordingly.

  11. Taiwan Payment Gateway

    Taiwan gateways should be connected to the Government Uniform Invoicing (GUI) System and therefore we cannot use the Gateways as offered by Zoho.
    We would appreciate if Zoho can link up with ECPAY and asap. Thanks for your earliest consideration.

  12. provide ability to send automated (scheduled) customer statements

    Most online accounting systems allow you to send automated customer statements that can be scheduled with different messages based upon how old their invoices are aged. This is critical for managing cash flow.

  14. Add Expense Notes to Expense Details Report

    When adding an Expense, there's a Notes field that you can fill in. It would be really handy if this field was displayed in the Expense Details report.

  15. To display recently Searched items

    Display recently Searched items or contacts or sales order or invoices etc. Guess that would be best addition which might be useful to all user's and it might cut the valuable time from typing in the recurring searches.

  16. Improve Square integration to sync inventory

    The current Square integration is limited only to payments and invoices. It would really be nice if there was a bi-directional inventory sync as well. When a customer makes a purchase in Square, the inventory in Zoho Books should be reduced. Similarly, when the inventory in Zoho Books is reduced by some other mechanism, the new inventory count should be pushed to Square. This allows businesses to not oversell product that may be sold in other sales channels.

  18. Stop mobile device from locking when timer is running

    I have forgotten that the mobile app timer was running, or just really wanted to be able to glance at my phone to see the current timer while working, but you do not have an option to stop the phone from locking while the timer is running. Please add that! It's definitely possible, Map My Ride has the "keep screen on" option to do exact that.

  20. show journal suffix

    You ask for the Journal Suffix in the import file upload, but it does not appear to show anywhere. Could this please be added to the main Journal Entries listing page? Right now, just the Journal # showed, which does not tell me much. I am using some coding in the Suffix, which would be nice to see on this list.
