  2. Data migration from Zoho books to Tally

    It would be amazing if we could have direct data migration from Zoho Books to Tally as our accountants are more familiar with Tally. Also please suggest if there is any other way by which this can be done till the direct migration service is built

    Dear Team,

    There is one difficulty I faced while migrating one of my clients was the opening balance upload of parties with -(negative) figures.

  7. Invoice/Payment Received/Bank Statement Import Log

    When we migrating data to a new platform, we somehow missed some things and need to re-calibrate the imported files. Import log with batch delete/overwrite feature will save most of our time than current feature.

  10. Tally Migration

    Please provide one click migration process for Tally customers in India. Have their data automatically imported in Zoho Books by handling the Tally data files. It is really hectic to create and upload CSV files for all the things that we want to migrate.

  11. Provide a way to merge duplicate accounts created during the migration process

    duplicate accounts in the general ledger and items occur easily in the migration process. There should be a simple merge accounts with a warning before proceeding that captures all the history.

  14. Stand Alone Software

    Instead of loading all elements on the browser for every clicks why can't the graphical elements be stored in standalone software and just load the data from the servers which will make things work efficient and fast manner than seeing the loading icons

  15. i have the following suggestions

    Chart of Accounts maintenance : I am sure many people would like to use their own chart of accounts. Appreciate if you could please provide a better maintenance option, e.g; multiple selection of accounts for deletion. Some time one could make mistakes in uploading set of accounts and deleting them a painful task as we should delete it one by one and it takes time

  16. Migrate including attachments to Zoho Books UK Edition

    Enable the migration to the UK Edition of Zoho Books including Attachments, currently if I want to migrate I will lose all the receipts attached to the expenses.

    I do want to migrate to the UK Edition, however I do not have the time or patience to manually export every receipt and re-attach to every expense, it's the one barrier to migrating.

    I wouldn't even mind if there was a seamless migration charge.
