  1. Add indication in the Zoho browser tab when timer is active

    It's easy to forget to stop the timer after you complete a task. This makes it difficult to accurately bill clients for time spent. Anything that can help prevent this would be useful. My idea is to have some kind of indicator in the browser tab that the timer is running (similar to the audio indicator when a website has audio). This would really help!

  2. Allow rearrange the tasks in project

    allow Tasks created in a project to be rearranged as per priority or closed/ inactive basis

  3. Choose which projects can be seen in the portal.

    Ticking the show projects in the portal will display all projects held for the client. I only want to share time billing projects not fixed cost projects.

  4. In project and timesheet,Raising partial invoice from Estimate, not able to view balance material that need to invoiced. Kindly address it

  5. invoice both bills and time from projects

    While creating an invoice from a Project's Overview page I'd like to be able to add both the unbilled vendor Bill and the Unbilled Hours at the same time. I'm currently only able to add both of those items to an invoice while being in the Contacts page. So, I have to have two browser windows open to get this accomplished or create two seperate invoices from the Project Overview.

  6. Benchmarking to Quickbooks

    Quickbooks does many things better and easier than Zoho, but also somethings Zoho does better. If Zoho wants to be the better product Zoho needs to look at the quickbooks functionalities and improve on those functions. In some ways Zoho is clumsy and too flexible. In other things it is briliiant. I use both QB and Zoho. I thought Zoho could be THE solution, but now I see there are instances where I should be using QB.

  7. Would like to have internal tracking rate vs external rate for billing

    Please develop internal tracking cost vs External rate of billing for clients on a project so we can see our profit margin.
