  1. Multiple Tax in Item. In India We have 3 taxs, 1 Services tax, 2 Swachh Bharat Cess and 3 Krishi Kalyan Cess

    Krishi Kalyan Cess, which was announced during the 2016–17 Budget, has become applicable from 1 June. A tax of 0.5% would be levied over and above the Service Tax and Swachh Bharat Cess. Till 31 May 2016, the Service Tax rate was 14.5%. With Krishi Kalyan cess, the service tax would increase to 15%.

  2. Airline tickets

    selling Airline tickets is a commision based thing, or flat rate thing, this means i may sell 2 tickets on the same plane , both economy class, both sits next to each other , but one cost/sell 800/1000 , and another one is 1600/2000, so when invoicing each of these client i will have to go to the items menu and change the cost and selling, otherwise i can never know my true profit.
    someone suggested me that i create a new item each time i create an invoice that would be easier BUT this way i will be having…

  4. make items searchable by transaction.

    I need to be able to find invoices, estimates and bills by item number or description. being unable to edit items that have existing transactions, I would like to be able to search for the existing transactions that the items has been used for.

  5. SKU

    I'd like to display the Sku on every documents that shows items (invoices, orders, etc.).

    It would be great if CRM and Books could sync every fields they contains.

  6. Option to add a web link to an item

    It would be great feature to have the option of adding a web link when creating any item. Since most invoicing has now become web based with very little printing, it would be useful to allow the customer to click on the item name and then be directed to any web page. This web page could be anything, you tube video of how to use the product, google drive folder with all brochures, MSD Sheets, warranties etc or even just single pdf brochures.

    I am sure customers will love such interactive invoices in a world where everyone just hates the…

  7. Please add feature sale filter report by items for each sale person.

    Now i am experiencing difficulties in filtering the total sale for each item for sale person because in my company there are many sale person who sell services or products with different commission rate. So when I want to calculate/filter those sale persons, i cannot.
    Please help vote this features.

  9. Serial Number Tracking

    Allow items to have a serial number Entered in the System.
    1. Enter Serial of Items/Goods and dated purchased.
    2. Warranty Periods for Serial Numbered Items
    3. Pick Items by serial number when doing customer invoices (it helps when items get faulty during their warrant period and to know where there goods where bought from and return to original supplier or manufacturer.) We are having look check the items if there are returns and start opening files to see where we bought from and is it still under warranty.

  11. Change the way you handle price list

    Sorry to tell you that but the way you handle the price list and prices for items is not good at all...

    I am dealing with 3 currencies and exchange rates, Having to export my items to a cvs file then modify ONE FILE per currency is just a pain....

    Why dont you let us set the prices per item for all the currency and add a text box saying something like "Overwrite default exchange rate" or "use system currency exchange" to calculate the price.

    Working with CSV is really a pain especially when adding new items on a daily…
