Print Chart of Accounts Report
It would be nice to be able to print out the chart of accounts in a report format. I'm not talking about the ability to export it to Excel, where it needs to be formatted each time. Adding or modifying accounts in the CoA is very common and we need an easy way to print out a fresh copy. Also, many people use a printed copy of the CoA to write account codes on source documents or to quickly find accounts when posting entries.

Allow Contact Mobile in Invoice Reports
You can Please allow us to add Contacts Mobile/Email numbers in Invoice Reports because Most people that are service oriented needs to call Customers in a Particular Duration of Say 3-6 Months. So When we generate report, We want Clients mobile number to be printed along for easy access.

Have budgets for financial performance in Zoho to enable us to compare the same the acutals and also have grouping facility in the p&l
We would like to have budgeting facility in Zoho which enables us to compare the actual financial performance against the budgets which enables us to arrive at the variances and take business actions on it accordingly. Also, we would like to have a grouping facility on the on the Profit and loss account which would enable us to group the expenses into 1.marketting 2.HR 3. IT & R&D 4. G&A etc. Please take action on this asap as these facilities are already available with your competitors like Xero and quickbooks. Its high time yall catch up with them.

Can we have a report button that shows all the three financials on one page - The Income statement, cash flow and balance sheet.

Track Start and Stop Times on Timesheets and Reports
I'm mostly satisfied with Zoho Books even though I find the timesheet interface somewhat confusing. But there are a couple of things that keep me looking around at other software.
First: Time entry notes don’t accumulate and generate into the invoice per task, but per entry. I just cannot have dozens of task entries on my invoices.
My current workaround is to export a timesheet details report into excel, hunt and peck for the notes per task entry, then cut and paste them one by one into the fields on the invoice. Big time suck. I don’t even see why…

We are trying to replace tally with zohobooks but its just not happening. Zohobooks is far too backword and is just not compliant
We are continousely raising queries with zoho team but no solutions are being found for us. Instead of listening to genuine requirements of customers that can help the development of the product further all they say is its not possible. I know Zoho's cream market is USA but if you are going to service customers and get them to move from tally the least you should do is listen to them and modify your product accordingly. Very disappointed with attitude.

Accept Comma in currency figures
Dear Zoho,
A feature I need is when you paste an amount with comma ... say 3,256.90 it should be accepted with the comma. Many a times we copy from excel or from calculator and it becomes a pain to remove the comma first

Add option to choose a particular date for the fiscal year rather than just month
Have the ability to set the fiscal year to a specific date to make reporting easier. For example in the UK tax year start around the 5th or 6th of April so it would be good to set the exact date not the 1st of the month.

Time sheet reporting:
Provide better time sheet reporting.
- It is very difficult to take a time of an individual for a whole month and check where he / she has captured time for all days. A time sheet report with days of the month as columns with number of ours in each column and on the left column the project he / she entered time for will give a better view of the time sheet. Dashboard and other expenses related reports:
All posting to expenses accounts (accounts that are defined as expenses) are not getting reflected on the dashboard and or in the expenses related reports. There will lots of Journals would entered for booking expenses especially when one follow an accrual system. Instead of checking the accounts, it seems ZOHO books reporting, including dashboard, is checking whether the expenses are entered as expense transaction or category. Appreciate if you could please check this and update the system accordingly.

Add bank reconciliation report to help CPA fix transactions in credit card accounts
I am helping a client reconcile expense and credit card transactions that were manually entered in initial year working with Zoho. There are many duplicates and uncleared amounts. Credit card statements are 3 pages long. It would be really helpful if I can print a Zoho report of cleared transactions to compare to the credit card statement. It would be much less tedious to find duplicates and missing items.
