  1. Add notes to Estimates

    It would be helpful to be able to enter internal notes to Estimates that only our company can read. Obviously being that these are internal, the client SHOULD NOT be able to read these.

    Internal notes are helpful to keep track of activity that may occur during the life of an Estimate.

    Please add this feature.

  2. Add section headers to group items by type on Est, SO and Invoice

    Would also be great to have section footers with sub-total of all items between the header and footer.
    This could be used for adding optional items. Option A, Option B
    It could also be used to separate one-time and recurring charges (without using Subscription).
    It could be used to separate Parts and Labor

  6. Optional article

    Hello,

    it would be great to say for an article if it's only optional in the offer so that it's inside the quote but not included in the whole price at the end.

    Good to implement feature ideas and add on's for the client but not on the whole price. Like exclude factor. Perhaps at the end of the offer an extra amount of optional articles as well.

    Can't wait to see this "little" but necessary feature in Zoho Books.

  7. Individual filter for quotes and invoices as default

    It would be great to set an individual filter like ours „Company name“ as default so that’s not necessary to select everytime again and again to save time during the day. A better and faster workflow.

    For quotes and invoices.

  8. Apply Discount in the Estimates after total instead of item basis

    After several years of use, we feel that it would be helpful to have a label option to add Item Numbers to each item.

    Users may have the option to check whether to have Item Numbering in preferences.

  12. Make it possible to Create Reoccuring Invoice from and Estimate

    You are currently able to create an invoice from an estimate, but you are not able to create a reoccurring invoice from an estimate. I need some way to link a reoccurring invoice back to the estimate, and I think it would be easiest to just be able to have the option to create a reoccuring invoice from the estimate.

  16. Reminders for estimates Accepted

    It would be great to send customers Automatic reminders (as with Invoices) for accepted estimates. We use the estimates as bookings for courses/services, so it would be handy to send the customer a reminder of the booking prior. It may need a date adding for the booking service date?

  17. MOQ Price to Dealers/Distributors

    As based on different MOQ's we have different pricing. Now to send estimates to customers based on multiple price with MOQs - i cant find suitable options in Zoho Books.
    If it there help me, else provide solutions to it.

  19. Clasify whether the items is a reoccuring cost or a one-time cost

    Make it so I can include in the estimate the difference between a one-time cost and a reoccurring cost. And have this be a check box when adding a new item into Books.

  20. Estimates Section

    In the Estimate Section , I would like to have the status update when its converted to Sales Order " From accepted to Converted to sales order"

    Please do the needful as we are getting confused which estimate is accepted but doesnt convert to sales order.

    We have it in the activity history but we would like to see in the estimation status itself before opening it.
