While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Low and high range for estimates.

    I usually give a range of costs. For example, $500 to $600. It would be nice if there were a slick way to do that without adding it to the comments or description of the line item.

  2. Reminder to customer for open Estimates

    Same as what you do now for invoices, but for estimates instead to remind customers that they have an open estimate.

  3. Allow users to customize Estimate Statuses

    The statuses now available for statuses are: Sent, Invoice, Accepted, Declined.... It would be greatly beneficial if we could customize these ourselves to the language we want. Ex: Under Review, Declined Lost to Competition, etc....

  4. Customizing Estimate # when quoting through CRM

    If we send an estimate through Zoho CRM, the estimate # has our own #, but also includes a system generated 14 digit number. We want only our own number to appear here and not the system generated one.

  5. Allow me to convert my estimate to an invoice for any client, not just the one who received the estimate.

    Sometimes customers request estimates and find foundations to pay for the work, etc.
