    And how about being able to Convert the Sales Order to an Invoice WITHOUT having to leave CRM to do it???

    Hi there,

    We now have the option to link stand alone sales orders to invoices.

    Kindly note that, the sales order number should be mentioned in the “Order Number” field of the existing invoice.

    Once you do this, on selecting this invoice in the list view you will get an option on the top saying " Link to existing Sales order(s)".

    When you select this option a link is established between this invoice and the corresponding sales order.

    Wharehouse folks also need either a SKU or a Mfg Code info to fulfill orders!

    There was a confusion on the earlier comment. Zoho CRM Sales order and Zoho Inventory SO for now won’t integrate. With all existing capabilities and with more tax handling capabilities finance SO would be developed and Zoho Inventory would be made available from Zoho CRM interface.
