Be able to save Terms & Conditions in different templates

So you can select a diferent template in each invoice, depending of the products you are billing, including a diffent "Terms & Conditions"

    We are trying to use a template per language for our customers so Terms and conditions being the same for all templates are useless for us. Terms and conditions must be able to change per template. And also notes and everything that goes in the final document. Basic concept Zoho Books devs !!!

    I strong suggest to let user choose different version of "terms&conditions" for different product selling or different entity use.

    I would also like to be able to apply different Terms and conditions for different Templates (which for me are different 'Brands' with different terms)
