  1. Limiting user to a particular warehouse(s). Very Urgent

    I have multiple warehouse. I want user to access thier assigned warehouse only.
    All User should not have the rights to create/edit/delete/view PO/BILLS/INVOICE etc of non assigned warehouse.
    So, there should be some option using which we can assigned the warehouse to the user so that they can access their rights in particular warehouse only.

  2. provide a Royal Mail shipping integration

    You provide parcelforce (>2kg parcels) but not Royal Mail (<2kg parcels). Royal Mail is the default post service in UK and should be included.

    that will help eliminate multiple titles for the same items that occur during merges and syncs.

    When entering a manual shipment, offer an option to generate an automated email notification to the recipient and/or additional emails with pertinent information

  5. Each user has access to his/her own estimate/invoice

    We have some sales people who are working for us and sending quotation. we have given them only access to contacts and estimate. with this access they can see all the estimate of company but we want to give them access to only their quote.

  6. Package-wise billing

    if the invoice could be raised by referring to packages made, Partial shipments can be easily invoiced.

    For eg.
    a sale order contains 100 items. only 80 is available in stock and can be processed immediately.
    Packages can be created for these 80 items.
    If there is an option while invoicing to point to the items packed in the packages, the invoicer need not manually go through all the 100 items to deselected the 20 that is not being shipped. Saves a lot of time, especially for us where we despatch about 200 items everytime.

    The ability to import item images.

    We have many inventory items, with similar names. Having item images is important, however, I have no way to import an image for items. It also seems there is no API for this.

  8. issue debit note for returning reject goods

    If some of the goods received do not comply to the dwg. then we have to issue a debit/Purchase credit note and return the goods with incurred expenses like cost of goods+transportation incurred proportionately. How to make debit note and also reduce the rejected qty from the inventory.

  9. Third-Party billing

    Allow for third-party billing through the UPS shipping integration. i.e. Have the ability to pack and ship an order, and have this shipping charged directly to the customers UPS account .

  10. Equipment Rental Inventory Management

    Integrating all Zoho apps in my business is desirable, but difficult since I run an equipment rental business. I need something that can track assets going out and coming back off rent, show me future conflicts by item type and give me equipment utilization reports. I would need to create rental quotes/contracts out of this system from which i would also ultimately bill the customer. I would want this to integrate with other Zoho apps like CRM, Books, Invoicing, Sign, etc.

  11. Improvement Shopify Inventory Interface

    The Shopify Inventory interface can be massively improved:
    - Performance: sync is really slow, takes too long even with a couple of products and/or orders.
    - Sync should be on-the-fly and not scheduled.
    - More control: more fields can be part of the sync. The current sync is too "basic".
    - Direction: creation and update of products should(can) be triggered from Inventory itself. Shopify creates/updates then its products based on that.
    - Updates: sync should update also existing items based on the direction configured by the user. This is actually completely missing right now.

  12. Predictive search to operate on all words

    When adding items to a Purchase Order, the predictive text works very well for the SKU or the first words in the item name. However, this does not work for other words in the description and this would be helpful.

  15. Item tag (like product label or product tag) template for printing.

    We need an item tag template for printing accesible from the item menu and from the invoice/bill menu.
    We receive stock from an item and we need to stick a tag with basic informacion like price, name, description, sku code and ean code.
    We need to acces to template from item view (filter what you want to print and also print number of tags based on stock or manual copies) but also from bills or invoices view (we buy 40 units, we print based on the document 40 tags)

  16. register sales with ipad or tablet and send receipt and invoides by email

    Possibility to register a sale in a ipad or tablet and send the receipt or invoice by email. Several stores with its own warehouse and own prices, every store works with an tablet as a cash register. The sales can be done in a tablet and the items are removed from the inventory.
    Every store nees to have own reference numbers (receipt, invoice number... Tax Code) but can share customers, items, suppliers
    It will be worth for companies who has temporary stores (shows, "ferias"....)

  18. item price management based on quantity or total sales

    I would like to have the ability to manage item price based on quantity for ex : from 1 to 3unit = price 1 , from 4 to 9 unit = price 2 etc ...
    OR

    Based on total sales :
    EX: from 1k to 3K >> price 1 or Discount 1
    from 4K to 9K >> price 2 or Discount 2 etc ...

    add shipping cost to P.O. and item. Shipping is a big factor in the cost of a product. We need to be able to track the amount of shipping WE pay to get an item to us.

  20. Parial receive for 100% paid order

    We bill and pay advance for orders, and some time we receive partially and we can't make partial receive on system because all quantity is billed.

    We are waiting this feature and its very important for us, and i hope who need this feature support us by votes
