Make bundles editable and able to be saved without enough stock for components, and can be edited & completed later
Our previous system let us edit bundles and in Inventory it's a big problem.
Introducing a draft mode would fix it. We can then use the bundle to keep track of manufacturing, then go back and edit things and finalize when we can.

This is a HUGE issue for us. We need to create a bundle list in "working on it" mode even when there isn't enough inventory to complete it.
