  1. Show Custom Fields on some PDFs, but not All PDFs

    At the moment you have only two choices for Custom Fields: their is the check box "Show in all PDFs". So you must include custom fields in either all or none of the PDF.

    For example, let's say you have an ITEM custom field (eg a harmonized tariff code) . We might want to include that on some PDFs but not all PDFs. When formatting templates for Sales Orders and Invoices, one should be allowed to choose which custom fields appear. Right now it is all or nothing.

  3. Integration with Facebook Page Store Catalog

    I am using Facebook Store Catalog but I would like to have it integrated with Zoho Inventory so it displays the correct number of items available automatically.

    Reports --> sales by item

    it's possible to sort that list by clints/comapany name

    several our clients have more than one delivery address

    Is it possible to add that the report will also sort by company name and as subcategory sort by delivery address ?

  8. add single package for multiple sale order

    we are into eCommerce business and doing retail export
    following option will be very helpful
    1.single package for multiple sale order
    or
    2.package based on invoices...After converting multiple saleorder into single invoice there should be a option to create package from invoice ..as it is not possible to split invoices for multiple shipments. we will not able to attached single invoice(attaching invoice along shipments is mandatory as per gov rules) along all multiple shipments

  10. Allow PDF attachments to inventory, not just "images"

    Please allow posting of PDF pages to Inventory items. Most all vendors have PDF catalog pages these days. It is a lot of silly/extra work to take screenshots and post these to an inventory Item.

  11. Enter "total" price for Item rows on Purchase order, auto calculate individual UOM prices.

    I would like to be able to enter in prices in the "total" column on a Purchase order, automatically calculate the individual price.

    Example:
    We buy Metal by Inches.
    We want to put in the price of the amount of metal we are buying - 3420.
    instead of trying to find the perfect decimal to add up to 3420, can we put the 3420 in the total price in the row for that item and have it automatically divide that number by the amount ordered in the individual price column?

  13. Have the ability to create eBay listing directly from ZOHO Inventory data.

    There should be a way to list ZOHO Inventory items directly on eBay either through sync or export. That way all items can be entered in ZOHO Inventory then sent off to separate sales channels including eBay.

  14. Classifying returnable and non-returnable items on communication to customers

    The returnable or nonreturnable item classification shall be identified on invoice, sales order, package order and shipment order communication to customers. It will help customers make an informed choice and reduce dependency on salesman for communicating the same in writing.

  15. Show only salable items in sales order creation

    While creating a Sales Order, Zoho currently displays all items - salable items as well as purchase items. We should restrict the item selection to items that we sell only.

  16. Display the credit limit of the customer/vendor and consumed credit limit while creating a sales/purchase order

    While creating a sales order, zoho should display the credit limit assigned to the customer and the available credit limit. This would help the sales person to understand if the order would be approved or not. Same would also apply for purchase orders

  17. VAT Applied on Shipping Charge

    It's nice that Zoho finally has introduced the vat on the shipping charges. However, users should be able to set their vat rate once and the software should remember that.

    We are wasting to much time on admin, every time we enter a shipping fee we have manually select the vat rate - this is not practical.

  18. I want to be able to add Sales Order and PO number to shipment email notification

    The idea is simple I want to be able to add sales order number and reference number or po number to the email template for shipment notification. Currently all you can put is shipment number. It would help me and my clients to know considering most people that I know of going mainly off there PO number not the shipping number.

  19. Zia Package Geometry tells you what box to use

    At present the Zia Package Geometry is back to front.

    First you have to enter the package name, dimensions, weight capacity every time.

    Then it tells you how many boxes you need.

    It should be the other way around.

    It should allow you to save your standard box details. Then when you have a package to make, it tells you what size box the order would fit in. That way you could just get the right size box and pack straight into that.

  20. Allow barcode verification that correct items/quantities are being packed.

    When packing items using the New Package screen it isn't possible to scan product barcodes as you pack them to verify you have the correct product.

    At present you have to read the product name/SKU in the list and trust that you've done several critical steps correctly. 1. Read/picked the right item. 2. Read/picked the right quantity. 3. Haven't skipped past any products. Normal human error means that those errors will happen over and over.

    There is a hack where you can store the barcode in the SKU field and use the ‘Select/scan items’ function, but there are multiple problems…
