  1. Default background to white for product image thumbnails

    Noticed today when uploading some product images, that if it was a PNG with transparent background, it's placed inside a black square in certain places in Zoho Inventory such as thumbnail view for item list, item groups, sales order compose screen etc.

    Is it a simple fix to make these appear instead with a white background? It does so in critical places (like SO/Invoice PDFs), but it slows down work a little bit in the back end when we have to try to decipher the product from an all-black thumbnail.

    For metric I would prefer mm rather than cm. So having an additional option of mm is preferred.

  3. add an ageing summary on customer balances

    Create a feature within the customer balances section that shows ageing balances. i.e 30days 60days 90 days as with your invoicing app.

  4. Provide the ability to EDIT any "composite" item directly from within Zoho Commerce.

    Currently, you are ONLY able to edit standard items or "parent items." There is no way to directly edit any composite item from within Zoho Commerce, forcing you to separately open up the item in Zoho Inventory. This has become a large hindrance in trying to manage our Zoho Commerce Store. Esp because some (commerce related) fields are NOT even available in the Zoho-Inv Edit page. Thanks much!

  5. EQUIPMENT RENTALS, OR JUST RENTALS OF STUFF.

    Many companies rent things only. We would love a program built for IOS, and for DESKTOP. Many features you already have... just need to add a few basics. Could you make it in Creator or just add features to some of your current products?

  7. Offer alternate template layout to be used with doc enclose wallet

    I use doc enclosed wallets for my packing slip. The current template layout Does not allow me to customise where the customer details are in order to fold the page correctly to fit in my doc wallet. Could you either offer some alternative layouts, or allow more customisations?

  8. Shopify sales sync as already paid invoices/ receipt

    Please could Shopify orders come through directly as invoices/ receipts, so you don’t have to do all the approving etc- you just simply ship the paid order.

  10. Reduce Available Inventory when you create a Package, not send the invoice.

    When I am making packages, I am often creating packing lists for multiple sales orders at a time. The Available inventory only decreases when I send the invoice, which means that I can print an item on the packing list that is no longer in stock because we already packed it for an earlier sales order.

    When making packages, reduce the available inventory by that much.

  11. Allow Sales Order specific delivery address for drop shipments, not tied to client records

    We are wholesaler with lots of drop shipments to the (end-)customers of our B2B clients.

    We have hundreds of drop shipments every week, all to different end-customer addresses.

    We can't, nor do we want to, store these drop shipping addresses of private end-customers as part of our client's records.

    Instead these shipping addresses should only be part of the Sales Orders and be treated as a shipping address in all of the templates in Zoho Inventory (e.g. Order Confirmation, Packing List, Shipping List, etc.). And these sales order shipping addresses should also be the shipping address that is transmitted to…

    Split the SKU and Product Name fields into different columns on the Packing List, so that it's easier to view/read and each product doesn't take up multiple lines

  13. Create Packages & Shipments that show Sales Order qty, allowing customers to see what's been packed/shipped against original sales order

    Hi,

    We have some issues with the Packages / Packing List in Zoho Inventory.

    When we create a package and have some items that are not in stock at the moment, we currently need to remove these items from the Packing List before we create the Shipment, so that the Sales Order tracks that not all items are shipped.

    However, we don’t want to work this way, because it confuses our customers.
    Because when they receive a shipping confirmation with the Shipment List, the products that they ordered that are not in stock, do not show on the Shipment List.…

  15. Material Issue from warehouse to Project

    I run a construction business,
    i use a main central store for various items.
    Also maintain store for each site at the site. This will be temporary until project completion.
    maintaining multiple warehouse is an option to maintain multiple stores....
    but is there an option to make a transaction to issue material to the site, that will be consumed for the project

  16. Flatten top level composite items to view consolidated BOM components

    There needs to be a way to 'flatten' a top level composite item that is made up of other composite items and regular items, that way you can see ALL components that make up the top level composite item and the consolidated total quantity of each part.

    Example: you make a product called Composite Item Product, which contains multiple sub assemblies, Composite Sub 1, Sub 2, Sub 3, Sub 4. These Composite Subs have multiple parts to them, some of the parts may be shared ("Screw A" for example). Currently you have to manually look at each Composite Sub individually…

  19. Add a tracking, and the active tracker feature to dropshipments.

    Currently, you cannot add a tracking number to a dropshipped purchase order, which also means you cannot use the active tracker. Adding in a tracking function to drop shipments would be very helpful.
