1. Warehouse Transfer Orders - Tracking / notification / more visibility

   We have 3 warehouses along the country.
   When we move items between warehouse, today we dont have any way to follow the transit at all because in our location we dont have any of the providers you offer to make the transit tracking.
   Today to follow the transit is mandatory to have a Tracking Number for an integrated transport service supported.

   Please add the Transfer Order the estimated time of arrival to destination.

   Im asking also for more visibility of this info. Displaying in the "Item" that an amount of that product is in transit form A to B and when is spectated to arrive.

   If we dont receive the product in the warehouse on that "estimated date" (addition requested field), would be optimal to receive a notification, so we can check what happens with the transit or reception of the warehouse.

   In our case that we cant use tracking number, would be great to have this information shown based on a date enter manually.

   I consider this very important because we are taking much care to deliver to our customers/dealers with the "Packages" tool, but the previous process to accomplish this are elemental to achieve the on-time delivery to customers.

   If the products its delayed by our local post or proprietary transport between Warehouses or the reception in the Warehouse was not process on time, we are having huge delays at the final delivery.

   Having an alert and more clear information that the product is in transit or if delayed from the "Items" and "Sales Orders" point of view would be great.

   This will allow to check any sale person, when its requested for delivery time for the customer/dealer, just has to look into the "Sale Order" and see where are actually the products is, if there is any delay and correct any internal issue.

   I think this request its more to arrange how to display the actual information on hand on the "Items" and "Sales Orders" and add notifications of those that dont have tracking services available but also for those who have, to display the status more clear in the "Sales Orders"

2. Improve Inventory API for Purchase Receives

   Right now the Inventory API for Purchase Receives lacks several simple features that would help syncing the data between Zoho and an app.

   • Providing the "lastmodifiedtime" timestamp when making a GET request to https://inventory.zoho.com/api/v1/purchasereceives

   Without that information, in order to sync "Purchase Receives" to our app, we need to fetch each Purchase Receive all the time.
   If we had the "lastmodifiedtime" we could check if there were any changes and only sync the ones that had changes since our last sync.

   • Filtering by "lastmodifiedtime" We should be able to make a GET request to https://inventory.zoho.com/api/v1/purchasereceives filtering by "lastmodifiedtime" like we do for "Purchase Orders".

   Once again, that would prevent a lot of unnecessary API Calls.
   We could fetch all Purchase receives that had changes in the last X days, instead of having to fetch all of them.

   • Purchase Orders webhooks When we create a Purchase Receive the Purchase Orders webhooks are triggered. But when we delete a Purchase Receive no webhook is fired, which I think it should.

   Please consider applying these features.
   I'm sure that they are easy to implement and very useful for anyone using the Inventory API.

4. Have custom status for Packages (with ranking ability)

   Have the ability to create custom status for Packages and create custom ranking so that we can manage better in the warehouse.

   For example, have status 'picking list' for packages planned to be made. Then 'opened' when pallett is available for the client. Then 'in progress' when at least one item is deposited on pallett'. Then 'on hold' when need to wait in warehouse before shipment. Then 'ready for shipment' when the specific package is closed and needs to be given to the transporter. Then the other statuses as we know them. And maybe some other status like 'destroyed' / 'missing' or 'partially destroyed' / 'refused by client' / 'transfer back'

7. All sales orders items combine when creating invoice

   Right now, all sales items are displayed and there is a limit of 100 per invoice. The system should combine the quantities if price is the same. It will not make sense in the real world to post each item on a line and have mulitple invoices.

8. Add QR code to invoices which directly helps customer pay

   Apps like Vyapaar directly generates a UPI QR Code with invoice amount in the invoice pdf and email. Please help do the same as it is quite intuitive for the customer to pay without hassle. Thanks

9. Create a CSV import validator

   Firstly, this is just a bandaid for the real problem (the real problem is that importing a large inventory with lots of product variations is cumbersome and not user friendly). That being said:
   It would be great to be able to run a CSV through a validator and see ALL of the things I need to fix.

   Currently it goes
   Upload file>Map Fields> No! This is Wrong!

   fix file
   Upload file>Map Fields> No! This is OTHER Wrong!

   And so on.
   If you could just return all the errors at once, at least I could go and fix them all instead of waiting so long for the thing to validate every time i try to import.

    We are an ecommerce marketplace. Vendors keep their stocks in our warehouse on consignment basis in order to do shipment faster. We pay them periodically (weekly or monthly) for the no. of units sold from their stocks. We would like to be transparent by providing them access to their inventory through Vendor Panel. By logging into this Vendor Panel, they should be able to see all details related to their stocks, ie., date and quantity of stock received, date and quantity of sales, stock remaining in our ware house, the amount due to be paid to them, etc. Is that possible now in your existing software? If not, can this feature be incorporated before we subscribe?

    Some of our customers require PO/job names/PU names and it would be beneficial to have that in a pop up when starting a sales order for that customer. Eliminates anything being missed which it is currently in the customer details section (which is limited).

17. ALLOW TO RECORD INVOICE PAYMENTS IN QUICKBOOKS AS WELL AS ZOHO

    Hi, it is really a pain not being able to record invoice payments in QBO which then sync to Zoho, as QBO has live link to bank account, so it is easy to record payments there, and then they should sync to Zoho. When we were considering Dear Inventory, this was a 2 way sync. Please update this urgently?

18. Allow HTML document layouts and custom buttons for Packages and Shipments

    We need the same functionality there is on Sales Orders and Invoices on Packages and Shipments, HTML templates, Customer buttons being just some of the missing bits. Can't be that difficult to add these. Without them it makes the functionality on the other documents less useful.

20. SHOPIFY automated Sales Orders Converted to Invoiced Marked as SENT in Zoho.

    There needs to be an easy setting in admin so that Shopify store owners can select to have SO Sales Orders automatically converted to INVOICE and MARKED as SENT(no email to customer). We shouldnt have to manually convert every single SO by hand into INV that have already been paid and checked out on the storefront in Shopify.
