  1. Partial shipments notification to Customer

    Yesterday we had an order where we have to ship the order as several partial shipments. We were quite surprised that although we can setup partial shipment using multiple packing slips and shipping orders there is no way to create a document that relays this information to the customer with the shipment i.e. This is a partial shipment and to give the customer the assurance that indeed we are aware it is partial and the remainder is backordered). This should be a document that can accompany the shipment and/or also sent to the customer to advise them of the situation.…

  3. Transfer Orders

    In order to attach files to transfer orders, to have a copy with the signatures of the people who delivered, transported and received

    Add signature fields when printing the transfer order.

    Who delivers the merchandise.

    Who transports the merchandise.

    Who receives the merchandise.

    Important note.
    1-When an order is printed, add the status of the order on the printed paper.

    2-Do not reprint Orders without having the reprint status.

  4. Allow bundling to make individual parts be negative as part of a PO. Can't ship until inventory is received and no longer negative.

  5. Shipping Collect through Zoho

    allow me to use a customers account when shipping. I would like Zoho to work like it does for shipping but to be able to use our customers account. Currently for collect we have to go to the UPS website to ship collect them bring over the tracking number.

  6. grouped items as composite associated item

    I know someone has suggest that it be enabled to create an item group from composite items, which I do support. But it would also be nice to be able to do the opposite: use grouped items as associated items when creating a composite item. These two features, in my opinion, are important for business which make the products that they sell.

  7. units of measurement

    It would be nice to see more options for the units of measurement, or be able to add our own options. For example, we have inventory for which the best unit of measurement is "set", which is not an available option right now. Right now I have to choose either "box" which is too big, or "pcs" which is too small.

  11. The ability to @ users to notify them of an action

    Use the @[username] to tag a user so they are notified when they are mentioned in comments.

    this function is available on numerous other Zoho apps

  13. Add Composite Items to Zoho Books Standard

    Add Composite Item only alongwith Bundling feature to Zoho Books. That way machine manufacturer like me dont need any other part of Zoho Inventory only Bundling feature to create assemblies of raw materials & manage inventory accordingly. I can use only one platform Zoho Books & don't need to switch between two platforms Books & Inventory.

    It would be great if images as well as data could sync between Zoho apps. For instance, between inventory and products in Zoho CRM.

  20. Delivery Challan

    Delivery Challan are chronological records. There should be no option to delete once a delivery challan no. is processed.
    Normally the products issued vide a delivery challan are retunrd back sometimes consumed.

    Since material moves outon a delivery challan, the record should always be available.

    It is a future reference for movement of goods, Also if a customer decides after returning goods that they now want to finalise the order we will not have records for the same. Like item selected, price etc
