  3. Warehouse Report for just one warehouse

    The current warehouse report lists stock in all three of our warehouses. Could it be changed to specify the warehouses that we want to be shown in the report?

  4. Value adjustments on batch tracked items

    Attempting to do an inventory value adjustment on an item with batch # tracking produces an error. Documentation states to select the batch but no such option is available and adjustment fails because batch is not selected.

  5. Damaged items or stolen

    Being able to see in a report all your products damaged or stolen. Nowadays, we can see the adjustment in the inventory and we have to click one by one.

    What I suggest is to have the option of clicking in damaged items and to see all the products that have been damaged (having filters with dates and products)

  6. Can you add a way to attach files to a transfer order?

    Because there is no way to create a packing list and invoice for shipping a transfer order, at least we should have a way to save the DHL paperwork with the transfer order, therefore I suggest adding a way to attach files

  10. Expand the view criteria options to match those in CRM/Creator

    when customizing a Parts view, I cannot set criteria based on added time, added user, etc. I also can't filter by Item Name DOES NOT CONTAIN "xyz." Please add these additional view customization options to Zoho Inventory.

  11. Purchase Order Limits for Users

    It would be good to set a purchasing limit for each user that they can approve up to, but require approval from someone with a higher limit.
    E.g. warehouse technician can place and authorize POs for purchases up to £500, but will seek authorisation for POs with a value above that.

  12. Manufacturing:

    Getting all raw materials for producing an finishied goods(Composit items).
    Receives against purchase order is available but issues against stock is not available .
    In Manufacturing we give issue of material during production and get back as finished goods and invoice for the Finished products.

    While we create an sales order for an finished goods , all the items in the composite item has to be hold from the stock and show us the balance stock as stock on hold and remaining stock separate.

    BOM (Bill of materials is needed).

  13. waybill tracking for Purchase orders

    implement waybill tracking function for Purchase Orders, so that we can click on tracking number to see where's the purchased item is and what is the expected delivery. Just like we have for Sales order shipments.

  14. Integrating inventory in multiple locations

    For example inventory on our account is only integrated to Amazon as the primary place for inventory management although we also have other platforms (Shopify, Ebay, etc) that we are integrated with via Sales Orders. Shopify inventory integration is not working - does not integrate with Shopify locations either. Same thing with Ebay. This is a big issue because Amazon customers always get "first dibs" and it's cumbersome.

    I propose each item can have a total inventory # and then the number can be broken up in order to allocate inventory to multiple platforms. That way you don't have to…

  15. build a NATIVE WooCommerce integration just like Shopify

    Zoho has an opportunity to massively increase their customer base by supporting WooCommerce natively. Shopify has a native integration with Zoho Inventory and Shopify is a platform that is used by approx 270,000 merchants. WooCommerce on the other hand is a platform used by 2,000,000 sites(!!!), and for some awful reason Zoho decided to ‘partner’ with Kloud Connectors instead of building a native solution.

    Zoho's leadership needs to understand that Kloud Connectors is an extremely poor solution and does nothing to help your customers. Kloud Connectors gives Zoho a bad name. Their solution only syncs ever 12 hours and it…

  17. IF WE CAN FIND PROFIT AND LOSS REPORT IN ZOHO INVENTORY IT WOULD BE GREAT

    IF WE PURCHASE AN PRODUCT IN Rs. 100 and SOLD OUT IN Rs 110 SO IN THIS WE ARE GETTING Rs. 10 AS PROFIT SO FOR MORE PRODUCTS MORE PROFIT MAY BE THERE AND IN DIFFERENT FOAMS SO THIS IS MY SUGGESTION AND ALSO WE CAN CHEACK AVERAGE OF A PRODUCT HOW MUCH WE SOLD WITH IN 3-4 MONTHS
