    Need to be able to work with UPS' own label printer. There is no way to automatically print a label with UPS hardware.

  2. Automatically Create Invoice and Package Order for Sales Orders Originating from an Online Store

    There needs to be an option to automatically create an Invoice and Package order for every Sales Order that comes in, especially for online stores where shipping is required and payment is recieved at the time of the order. Without this feature, the people handling the shipments have much more work that they frankly should not have to do.

  3. Add serial numbers to the packing slip and invoice

    We need to be able to track what serial numbers are included in the packing slip in order for logistics to pull the correct parts.

  4. insert placeholders should include custom fields

    Custom field in shipments (e.g. ETA date, Customer purchase order number) can't be inserted automatically into email notifications. Only 'system fields' can.

  5. while entering items in invoice, items should be shown on the basis of "containing' in spite of "exact match"

    suppose I want to make an invoice of "UA32FH4003ARLXL", in current scenario I have to type UA32 only then item show up in the list but if I put 4003 all items containing 4003 should be shown in the list.

  6. Please make the item 'Unit' removeable in the quantity column of all sales orders/invoicing

    The item unit is irrelevant for my invoicing, but it doubles the row height on invoices. I want to condense my invoicing, so I switched to the Spreadsheet - Lite template because it looked like a quick fix - but the unit still pops up.

  7. if customer and vendor are same, why we cannot generate single statement of account

    I have one vendor who is also a customer to me. I want to see his account for all purchases and sales done & clear his bill accordingly. So that both the purchase and sale gets nullified if payable.

    If we can get this done it will be easy for both parties

  10. Make batch numbers transportable

    Batch number implementation in Zoho Books/Inventory is severely lacking!

    For example: If I do a stocktake and find that I actually have some more packets of Product 1 - Batch 5 than I thought, Inventory won't actually let me add it to that Batch!!! It says Batch 5 already exists for this product, please choose another batch! Likewise when shifting products between warehouses. Without changing the product at all - I have to change the batch number! So to keep track of Batch 5 - I now have Batches 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d and so on! It's a nightmare and…

  13. Integration with Xero

    I see you guys have integration with Quickbooks (Beta). I see a lot of Amazon FBA Sellers use Xero Accounting Software due to its ability to integrate with A2X. Xero integration would help you expand into a whole new set of Audiance. Please look into it as it could all Xero users experience such a wonderful inventory software.

  14. Inventory integrations for major marketplaces Europe/Germany (Amazon, Ebay, Shopfiy)

    It is impossible to work outside of the US. Integrations for all marketplaces like amazon.de, ebay.de and the German shopify.

  15. View and add photos from mobile app

    It would be nice to be able to A: View item photos from the mobile app and B: use your phone camera to add item photos from the mobile app.

    Estimados:
    En Ordenes de Compra, Recepcion Parcial, han traducido la ultima columna como "cantidad por recibir" donde tendria que decir "cantidad recibida" que es justo lo contrario

  18. Assembled Composite Items

    We have several items that sometimes get shipped assembled, and sometimes disassembled, yet are made of the same base parts. It would be awesome to be able to have say Part A and Part B in inventory, then as we assemble them together into Part C be able to automatically have the inventory remove them from Parts A and B as we add them into Part C.
