Custom Single Sign on for customer portals similar to Freshdesk Client portal
We are a SaaS product company and use Zoho subscription to manage our clients subscription. My clients already have a login to my product that they use and have subscribed to.
Enabling Client portal for customers is great but not usable in cases like ours as we cannot have our customers create another disjoint user credentials.
Similar scenario to this we use Freshdesk for our support team to manage customer support request and tickets and freshdesk also has a Client portal which allows users to create new tickets, search for Knowledge base for possible solution and see update on all…

Create subscriptions from CRM
Create a subscription from Zoho CRM interface.

Now, You can directly create and edit a subscription in Zoho CRM without having to push them from Zoho Subscriptions. To setup integration with Zoho CRM, follow the steps given below,
1. Login to your Zoho CRM account and head to Settings > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho Finance Suite > Finance Modules > Edit > Enable Subscriptions and Recurring Billing option.
2. Now Zoho Subscriptions tab will show up in Zoho CRM. Click ‘+ New Subscription’ button to create a new subscription.

Automatic Currency Update
Allow automatic currency feeds in Subscriptions like they are in Books and Invoice.
12 votesNow, Zoho Subscriptions allows you to automatically fetch the exchange rates for all the currencies that you have been added in your organisation. Follow the steps to enable this feature:
1. Click on the Gear icon on the top right corner and go to the Currencies section.
2. Click on the Enable exchange rate feeds button to enable this feature.
3. Confirm your action by clicking on OK button in the pop-up that follows.
4. Now whenever you create a transaction for an overseas customers with different currency, exchange rate will be automatically fetched and applied.

6 votesNow, Zoho Subscriptions supports Sales by Addon report. This report will give you a comprehensive statistics of the add-ons sold count and total sales. To generate this reports,
1. Navigate to Reports section and click on Sales > Sales by Addon.
2. You can also click on the respective add-on to get the detailed customer information who has subscribed to the add-on.

Android app for Zoho Subscriptions
There seem to be Android/iOS apps for all of Zoho's other services but there isn't one for Subscriptions yet. I feel like it'll happen eventually but I wanted to voice my interest/need/support for it to be developed!
3 votesiOS application is now available in App Store and you can search for “Zoho Subscriptions” and download it. The application which we have released is the first version and we will make sure to update it periodically. For now, it has almost the most used features like Reports, Notifications and Settings. And as of now we don’t have Android application. We’ll keep you posted.

The Android application is now available in Google Play Store and you can either search for ‘Zoho Subscriptions’ or you can use this link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zoho.zsm to download it.

Add Views to Subscriptions
What I am requesting already exists inside of Zoho CRM, so I am requesting this to be brought to Subscriptions. Be able to set up "views" and save them, including selecting Fields to display. Also, use Boolean operators as part of the view. Having these predefined views would allow us to quickly access the various types of subscriptions and their status.

Notes and Terms & Conditions Message should Update when Subscription Renews!
Currently when a Subscription renews the Notes message and Terms & Conditions message stays the same as the way it was written when the customer subscribed rather than updating the messages to what they are currently written as.
SO from now on anyone who subscribed in December is going to see a Christmas message on their invoice every time their subscription renews for the rest of their life. THAT IS NOT HOW IT SHOULD WORK!!6 votesNow, Zoho Subscriptions allows you to update the Notes and Terms & Conditions for the existing subscriptions. Follow the steps given below:
1. Click on the Gear icon on the top right corner and go to the Preferences > Invoice >
Notes.
2. Now, you can change the existing notes. To update existing subscriptions with the new Notes, check the ‘Update existing subscriptions with the new Notes’ option.
3. Same applies for Terms and conditions.

With this feature, you can create custom roles and assign them to users. For example, you can create a role for your accountant or salesperson and give them only specific access to the modules inside Zoho Subscriptions.
