Zoho Invoice doesn’t have the option to create purchase orders but you can do that with Zoho Books.
Using Zoho Books, you can manage your sales as well as purchase transactions easily. If you already have a Zoho Invoice account, you can easily move it to Zoho Books using the steps here:

Add "project" title info to email headline
While sending emails: auto-templating and populating
The (send) email and header of the .pdf is simply an estimate number when auto-populated.
I would like to see the Project Title associated with the Number
I.E.
E-1234 vs (Project Name) "Exterior Painting" - E1234 from ECSW

Entering time for time tracking, budgeting, estimates or invoices all the same format
Entering time for for timetracking is done via the "00:00" format. That is great. Entering time for an invoice or estimate, or when budgeting a task is done via the decimal format. This is confusing. I would like to be able to enter always via "00:00", or at least get the chance to choose between them.

.DOCX Customisable layout for Sales orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices etc
instead of HTML option which is not very user friendly, have customisable .DOCX templates for all layouts like the competitor Xero.
this uses merge fields and can be edited using MS Word for example - very easy to use and can get documents looking exactly like you want them rather than being restricted by the very basic templates in ZohoBooks1 vote -
Fonts
I would like to have the ability to underline or bold or change the colour of the text on an invoice or estimate. I'm not talking about editing a template but actually underline or bold parts of an invoice that are important and should be read as such. Currently the only thing you can do to draw any attention to some important details or put any emphasis on is to CAPS all the text.

In the ship to drop down menu it would be easier to use if locations were in alphabetic order or numeric order. Thanks

Font & Format
There needs to be a format and font feature like a word doc when creating new estimates and invoices. This is in the template feature but it needs to be dynamic and available for each individual invoice or estimate. Example, on my last invoice I wanted to highlight that the clients last invoice was over due but I have no way of highlighting it or bolding, underlining anything. Lame.

Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.
We have recently rolled out an enhancement that can serve as a good workaround to your requirement.
You can now print/email the customer statements of up to ‘25’ contacts in bulk.
To try this out:
- Navigate to the “Contacts” tab;
- Select the contacts whose statements you need to print/email;
- Set a date range (The transactions created within this date range will be included in the statement);
- Go for the “Send customer statements” or “Print customer statements” option.Give it a spin and send your feedback to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com

Allow Boolean (AND/OR) searches, or searches within a subset
Searching by keywords is a useful way to cross-reference, check accuracy re: invoice and payment dates, etc.
I can't currently filter customers by a combination of keywords since the search function only returns the exact string I entered.
It would be great to be able to use AND and OR commands in a search, or to narrow down a search within a subset instead of having to search the entire database with a single search string and then rely on sorting the results to find what I'm looking for.

Show only phisical items on Packing Slips and Delivery note
It's SO great Zoho has added one-button Packing Slips and Delivery note feature!
Adding a simple check button "Show/Not show on Packing Slip" on the item properties, could made this feature way more useful and powerful, by allowing to automatically hide service (or not physical goods) from the Packing List/Delivery note.1 vote -
