Option to create invoices in Zoho Invoice for the time spent on tickets in Zoho Support (Zoho Desk)
Hello everyone,
We are glad to let you know that you can now integrate Zoho Invoice with Zoho Desk. The integration allows you to create invoices and estimates for your tickets in Zoho Desk and in addition, you can create invoices for the time entries in Zoho Desk as well.

The integration is the opposite of what was being asked. So right now I have billible entries in two different places because we can't pull time entries from Desk in to Invoice. Being able to generate an invoice from within desk of is very little benefit because there are many things that I invoice for that are outside of the scope of Desk tickets. What is needed is to be able to import time sheet entries from Desk in to invoice so I'm not manually entering the time entries from Desk in to Invoice.

I see everyone asking for an invoice per ticket, i think this will be just to many invoices to track.
What i do, currently is batch my tickets by the Month, and at month-end send one invoices for all tickets (open/close) to the client, makes it much easier on the administration.I'm not using ZohoDesk, currently just started looking at it, but i do use Zoho Invoice, where i export a .csv file from my ticketing software, and import into zoho invoice.
I'm busy looking for a new HelpDesk software,and so far i'm not able to find one that integrates with Zoho Invoice, so there for, i'll have to keep using my .csv import trick

When a ticket is closed in Zoho Support, a related invoice should be raised in Zoho Invoice.

long last request from some other users. common contact DB between Zoho invoice and zoho support as well as adding ticket to client invoice. Thanks

I agree with this request, we also need to integrate support with invoice to generate only one invoice for client

We woud like to have the posibiliti to select in Invoce a range of dates an get all times spend in Support to generate invoices. Then in Support this times should be marked.
