Zoho Invoice Refresh Button in CRM performs sync on demand
When you select the zoho invoice refresh icon when it is integrated with CRM- it only pulls data FROM invoice to CRM. This makes zoho Invoice unusable if you are looking for an efficient billing solution integrated with CRM.
Why? The integration sync is not configurable and only runs once a day. If new contact or account information is added to CRM you can not invoice them through the CRM integration
Because sync is not configurable and an invoice cannot be sent to a manually created email address we need to go to the integration settings and sync all accounts.
If the "refresh" icon that appears next to the zoho invoice fields in CRM/Accounts performed a sync according to the configured settings rather than just pulling information FROM Invoice this would allow your customers to use the product as a true integrated solution.
Either that- or allow a user to manually add an email address to send the invoice to and have that auto add as a contact.
