Dear customers,

We are so happy to announce that the much-awaited Zoho Invoice – Zoho Sign integration is live! You can now digitally sign your estimates and invoices before emailing it to the customers. Also, you can receive the customers’ signature while they accept the estimates.
(Note: This is not available for the Indian edition of Zoho Invoice).

    Hi, would be great to see this digital signature feature in 2017 - we've been requesting it for 4 years. It's been added for Zoho CRM but even more important for Zoho Invoice - so crazy to ask clients to print, scan and return a copy of their invoice!

    Only invoices as pdf's with digital signature created on Zoho's Server are allowed, if customer wants to close the loop: Send digitally signed invoices to Paynet/E-Banking instead of sending it directly to the customer. Customer then sees electronic invoice when he enters his personal e-banking-tool. He then can pay the invoice by 1-click. We can only profit, if digital signature is available in Zoho. This is a prerequisite to enter local market.

    This feature would also be very helpfull for timesheet reports! A customer would be able to sign a timesheet report as a proof of delivery.
