Display project name in invoice header

Currently, when creating an invoice, you can choose to display the project name in the item name. This creates unnecessary repetition. Please add an option, either in the "project invoice information" or, more likely, in the template setup, to display the project name in the invoice header (i.e., the section that contains customer name, invoice number, etc.)

Also, the requirement to show in item name at least one of the following: Project name, task name, staff name should be removed. In other words, I would like to show only the item description.

    Has this procedure change ?
    I can't find the "Header & Documentation Information" section when I edit the invoice template.

    I added project name in settings, but still not getting it to display in invoice or invoice pdf. Is it mandatory for it to populate through Zoho Projects? We don't use Zoho Projects, but we will add name manually. Let me know.

    Regarding your second requirement, You can remove the Item Name from Invoice PDF by changing the template configuration. Please do follow the below steps.

    1. Click on the Settings Icon (Gear shaped icon) on the top right corner of the screen and select More Settings.
    2. Now select Templates option from the Left panel and then Select Invoices under Templates section.
    3. Move the mouse pointer above the required Template and click on the Edit option that appears.
    4. Now under Item Table section, uncheck the checkbox next to Item.
    5. Click save.

    We have included the option to display the Project name in the invoice header. Please follow the below steps,
