  2. Allow for non-billable hours to be included at zero rate on invoices.

    Allow for non-billable items to be imported at zero rate on invoices. This allows for items to be shown on invoices but not billed for.

  3. Group Header

    We would like to be able to group articles under a common header. For example, in the same estimate, I want to sell articles regarding the "sound" and the "light"
    We would be able to have a "Sound" section with all the articles and the option to get a subtotal for this.

  4. Job Management

    Job Management.
    The ability to manage your daily jobs, book them in and assign to your customers. Then convert them to invoices when complete. Or add expenses to each job to manage equipment, materials etc.

  5. Allow TimeSheets to be created without a project, just a customer

    I'd like the ability to create a timesheet for a customer and not have it associated with a project. I do retainer billing for my customers and that retainer encompasses multiple projects. I end up having to create a project that's named the same as the customer and place all my timesheet items in there. There needs to be a way to just create a timesheet item and attach it to a customer and not to a particular project.

  6. Refresh button easy access

    Refresh button easy access.

    Most pages the refresh button is either hidden within the drop down button list so it would be a hassle to hunt for it and doing it with 2 clicks or more.

  8. Add Invoice Balance Field on Payment Receipt Template

    Display if there is outstanding balance on an invoice or is simply 0 on a Payment Receipt PDF. This field is missing from the settings. Not sure if it's a bug or a feature. All other invoice fields are there.

  9. Retrieve deleted invoices

    It would be nice to be able to retrieve deleted invoices. Allow deleted invoices to remain in the system for 30 days before being permanently deleted from the system.

  12. Invoice items to time log

    Would be nice to use invoice items directly in time log. Just selecting the item, time, adding description and done. It may end up as new task finally or something but would make monthly billing and invoicing simpler to manage.

  13. Setting email template per invoice

    Using invoices in multiple languages means client e-mails need to have different templates or some other reason. It can be set while sending invoices manually, but not possible to set different email template for the recurring invoices that is sent automatically?

    Simple drop down selection next to the invoice template selection would do just fine.

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    Though it’s not possible to pick an email template for each recurring invoice, the below workaround can help you to some extent:

    Zoho Invoice offers you the option to associate PDF/email templates to your contacts so that all the invoices sent to those contacts will follow the associated template. You can refer this doc to know more about it:

    Hi Ron,

    If you wish to remove a particular contact person from receiving the emails of a recurring invoice profile, you can just edit the recurring invoice, remove his/her email address from the “Email To” section at the bottom and save the changes.

    Once this is done, that contact person alone will not receive emails of the invoices created from that profile thereafter.

  16. Contact person needs to be separate for invoicing, estimates and client portals

    We deal with large companies and we contacts should not be able to see each other's invoices / estimates, etc. They should only see their own. They all belong to the same company, but they work in different departments.

    You should also be able to address email templates to the contact person and not the organisation.

  18. Ability to create and print a Sales Receipt

    Under the sales options, in addition to invoice, estitmate, etc,
    An Option for Sales receipt should be added

    Must has different receipt numbering, and not not be base on the invoice number
    Option to print on small size mobile receipt printers
    Option to print on small format receipt size paper settings.
    Must have on own print template, and not using the Invoice Template

    Motivation:
    In my country (and others), there is a differnece between a receipt and invoice.
    Receipts are mainly used for Cash Sales, after the payment has been made.

  20. Enable exchange rate feeds automatically for the mobile app zoho invoice

    Mobile app zoho invoice need automatic exchange rate feature, that is available on the Pc and IPad versions. Using all three devices, but every time I use the mobile app on the run, I have to spend a lot of time to correct the rate. Right now this user friendly feature is not avalable for phone users
