Ability to toggle "Notes" and "Terms & Conditions" fields on/off
As a freelancer, it's very rare that I need "Notes" and "Terms & Conditions" fields – especially those that apply to every single client. I'd like the simple ability to toggle them on and off in all the invoice templates.

Receive notification on Record Payment
It would be nice to receive a notification not only after an online payment but also when an agent manually record a payment. This notification should be also propagated to slack.

Report on time between estimate and invoice
It would be highly beneficial to me to be able to track how long the jobs take from estimate to invoicing as so that I can see which of my clients are the quicker decision makers and adjust future quotes for clients who take longer and require more adjustments and time spent. I am looking for a structure similar to the "time to pay" feature broken up into months so I can see at a glance who of my clients drag their feet and how new team members affect the time efficiency of the work completed.

Create expense report with receipt image s included
Be able to create expense report with receipt images included. would be useful for summiting expenses to my accountant.

This is possible using Zoho Expense, which is our expense reporting application.
Zoho Expense primarily helps you manage your employee expenses in situations where they have to report their expenses to the company and get it approved by their managers and later get it reimbursed. The employees can create expenses as billable to the customers too.
Zoho Expense is integrated with Zoho Invoice. When an expense report is approved, the expenses in the report will be moved to Zoho Invoice automatically.

Ability to subtract lunch/break times from timesheet
It would be helpful if we could add in break times to a timesheet, which are subtracted from the total time.
E.g. I work 9-5.30 with a 30 min break. Currently I either need to enter my finishing time 30 minutes early or create 2 separate time entries, one before lunch and one after.
Having the ability to include breaks would be helpful.

Yes ! Razorpay is an Indian payment gateway that supports payments through all the major debit and credit cards, UPI Payments, 50+ netbanking banks and popular wallets like PayUMoney.

Emails to be send with own Mail Servers
What are the possibilities to have the SO, invoice and PO and other email to be send from from ZB via our own email servers (like Google Apps)?

retainer balance remaining
it would be good to see the amount of the retainer balance remaining by customer. In the retainer screen there is a "balance" section, but this shows the balance outstanding and uncollected. As a retainer is a pre-payment by a client, showing the balance due is irrelevant. A better field would be the total retainer remaining (i.e. total retainer paid minus any retainer payments applied).

Ability to track customer activity
We really need a report that can show which customers have not ordered since "x" date. This would help us identify which customers we need to reach out back out to in the hopes of securing another order and/or getting additional info to them. Please, please, please develop this!!!

Group Invoices
Be able to send an invoice to several contacts at a time who purchased the same thing from you (eg. 4 music lessons in a month). Have it send out different invoice #'s.

Provide option to add multiple merchant accounts from a payment gateway
Some payment gateways require a separate merchant account for each currency we wish to accept. This would work perfect because in that case collected payments can be deposited into separate bank accounts. However, currently, Zoho Invoice doesn't support multiple merchant accounts from a single payment gateway.

SERIA NECESARIO AÑADIR EL IMPUESTO RETENCIONES DE LAS PERSONAS FISICAS, QUE EN ESPAÑA VARIA DESDE 7 % AL 21%,
TAL COMO SE APLICA EN EL PROGRAMA EL IVA GENERAL E IVA REDUCIDO.

API invoices: output should contain a field 'project' if an invoice is related to a project.
I query a list of all invoices through the API to process in different software. I need to see what projects the invoices are related to. This field is not present in the output.
