  2. Future Revenue reporting

    There is no feature to enable a report of future revenue forecasting. Many of my contracts are multi-phase deliverables with revenue milestones. For example, I may have a $100,000 contract with 4 milestone deliveries each with $25,000 revenue item. I would like to be able to schedule these future invoices in Zoho and have a report that shows not just past invoices paid / sent but planned invoices grouped by month going forward. Please let me know if this is possible.

  3. Two factor authentication - please support the Authy app

    Zoho needs to support more than Google Authenticator and their own authenticator app for secure login. Please add support for Authy.

  4. multiple timers

    It would be nice to be able to run multiple timers when tracking project tasks. I frequently multitask several things at once, and would like to be able to keep a running timer for each task, both for the sake of billing the client, and for tracking time/cost ratio's.

  6. Customer Statement to include Retainer Invoice's Reference Field

    When customising the Customer Statement, Statement Table section, please include the option to add the Invoice's (Retainer too!) Reference field into the Transaction Details column.

    For example, the column currently says "RI-2018-00004". If the Invoice's Reference field has "Bulk Widgets XYZ for Project ABC", then the Customer Statement's Transaction Details column should be "RI-2018-00004: Bulk Widgets XYZ for Project ABC".

  7. clients to be rewarded for making appointments

    I would love a credit system, whereas clients get a point, or points for every appoinment made, to which businesses can turn into a credit. This will help me reward those who go out of there way and help my business run smoothly.

  8. Bulk update next invoice date

    Currently, the only way to update the next invoice date for recurrent invoices is to export, update the start_invoice date and then re-import (in batches of 1000 - due to file import size restrictions).

    It would be great if it were possible to select any number of recurrent invoices and then use 'bulk update' to change the next invoice date. This would save a huge amount of time and stress in export/importing to perform this function.

  9. Add custom fields support for timesheet entries

    Allow adding custom fields to the timesheet, such as having the option to add private or internal-only notes along side individual entries, in addition to the default description field.

  10. Grafic Models/Templates Editor

    To create / edit a template is very difficult with the tools that are at our disposal.

    So I propose that you have an editor with a graphical user interface so it would be easier to customize the templates as if we were editing a doc in the word style.

    Ex: Ready-made tables (images, product-quantity-price-total-amount etc.) that can be dragged and dropped wherever we want and inside the various text or image insertion options)

  11. Terms & Conditions

    It would be very helpful, that when a client enters the portal to ACCEPT an estimate, they can also check a box for TERMS and CONDITIONS that shows their acceptance - also - it would be nice to attach a file to that that pops up and show them the specific terms and conditions for acceptance. Exactly like you have on this page for submitting your ideas.

  12. Italy invoice XML form export. Italian Gevernemente requires this documents from January 2019

    Hello,
    zoho invoice will be prepared by the end of this year to electronic invoicing (xml and sending) according to the new Italian legislation?

    Please give us an answer so that we can organize quickly.

    PS. Consider that it is mandatory therefore not to update your system will make you lose all Italian customers by the end of the year 2018.

  13. discount amount display on invoice

    currently the invoices display "Discount %" regardless if im discounting a $ amount or a % amount. eg. 25% and $25 is very different. This is confusing to customers. Can it somehow show these numbers more clearly?

  15. multicurrency

    I used to issue invoices to my clients in multi currency, not only one. It is missing very much currency selector each time when issue invoice. Life is life - clients sometimes wants to get invoice in EUR, another time in USD.

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    Though it’s not possible to invoice a single contact in multiple currencies, you can clone a contact, change the currency alone and create a new record. This way, you can have two records to invoice in both the currencies.

  16. Client approval of timesheet hours directly from email

    The addition of Client Approvals is very exciting, however, several of my clients are so busy that they don't want to log in to their client portal to approve hours (maybe they have forgotten password, or it's just more "clicks" than they care to go through). Is there any way they could click on an "approve hours" button directly from the email that they receive from Zoho?

  17. Calendar in Timesheet in the app

    It would be great if the (IOS) app had the calendar UI like the web version. It dont use the app because of that - it’s where I spend most of my zoho time. Everything else is brill.

  18. Recall start time

    When logging time, it would be useful if the timer recalled the start time. I sometimes forget to stop the timer and will come back the next day to find it ticking away. I usually remember when I stopped working so I could just input the stop time. As it is currently, I have to guess a total time since the system does not retain the start time.

  19. Send invoices from my email so that it does not get caught in spam

    My invoices are ending up in my clients spam folder. It would be better if you could integrate with the popular email providers, like gmail, so that the invoice gets sent from my own email address that my client is used to so that it does not get into their spam.

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    When it comes to delivery of emails, the reason for them getting bounced/being landed up in SPAM or not being delivered could be due to multiple factors.

    Though we’ve taken all possible measures to increase the delivery rates of emails, a few cases like this can happen even due to stringent policies set by the recipient domain (your clients’ mail client). Hence, it needs to be analysed on a a case-by-case basis to know the cause and find the right solution.

  20. Sub Title or Bold Line for a separated section in Estimate and or Invoice

    Be able to create a separation to show charges in sections like all Charges for a special part or date with a Sub Title and perhaps a bold dividing line to indicate section or new topic heading within the master estimate or Invoice
