  1. salesperson linked with particular contacts

    hello
    i would like to link salesperson with particular contacts, so that each time while billing it doesnt ask me to choose, while billing it automatically chooses the linked salesperson

    for example
    i have 3 salesperson A,B & C
    and 12 contacts 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12

    now in contacts i can add default salesperson
    like A for contact 2,4,8,10
    so whenever any invoice is created for say contact 2, then by default salesperson A is selected

  2. Include on the mobile application for estimates and invoice photo of the work to be done automatically attached to the estimate/invoice.

    The idea is when we are on the field doing and inspection and estimate of the work, have photos from the mobile or table integrated on the form (estimates and invoice). We know that you can attached photos but the idea is integrated in the form immediately.

  3. Entering time for time tracking, budgeting, estimates or invoices all the same format

    Entering time for for timetracking is done via the "00:00" format. That is great. Entering time for an invoice or estimate, or when budgeting a task is done via the decimal format. This is confusing. I would like to be able to enter always via "00:00", or at least get the chance to choose between them.

  4. Comments in weekly time log

    All views for entering time allow comments except the weekly time view. For our business, this is the best view. It would be great to allow comments in this view.

  5. Make recent activity hyperlinked in Android App

    When looking up a contact on the mobile app, the recent activity should hyperlink to the actual activity like it does in the desktop app.

    For example. Look up: John Smith. Recent activity lists creating invoice #123 for $100 on May 9th. You should be able to click on this to go to that invoice in the mobile app.

  6. Ability to have time for a project included on invoice but hidden from printed copy

    When invoicing a project it would be a huge help to be able to flag some entries as to be billed at $0 and hidden on the invoice. This would save time vs having to go through all time entries and mark them as invoiced when this could have been addressed during invoicing by simply hiding the time entry on the invoice. Furthermore if the status of invoiced time entries could include the invoice number the entry was invoiced on similar to 'Invoiced on XXXX' instead of just 'Invoiced' it would help as well.

  7. Net Cost Feature and profit calculator

    while im making the invoice with details i need a button of net cost when you open that button it has to be like the invoice you created but without the rates of the invoice so you can add the net cost so in this case you have the invoice and the net cost ( net cost should not be shown to the customers at all it is internal issue )
    so from the invoice amount and the net cost amount the company can easily know the net profit
    the Estimate feature is not very useful i hope to have…

  8. Order confirmation option (created from estimate)

    It would be nice to have option to create order confirmation document from estimate to be able to send it to the customer. (optionally a column can be adde i.e. expected delivery time for each item)

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    In Zoho Invoice, once a client accepts an estimate, it can be converted only to invoices. However, in Zoho Books, you can create “sales orders”. So, estimates can be converted to sales orders, which can then be converted to invoices.

    If you already have a Zoho Invoice organization, you can easily upgrade it to Books using the steps in this link:

    Hi there,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    In Zoho Invoice, you would not be able to track inventory for your items. However, you can integrate it with Zoho Inventory and know the available stock for all your items.

    From your Zoho Invoice account, you can click on Settings > Integrations > Zoho Apps > Zoho Inventory and link these apps.

  10. Integration with Adobe Creative Cloud suite

    There are millions of designers, motion graphic designers, video editors, web developers, photographers, ... worldwide that use the Adobe Creative Cloud suite throughout the whole day. Paymo (a rival of Zoho Invoice) is the only program that has time tracking built right into Adobe CC. The time tracker shows up as a palet in the programs. This is really handy because you all time that you log inside the program is automatically synchronized with the Paymo program. I think there is a huge market for this. I for one would be really happy with this feature!

  11. Entering budgeted task times in finer increments than hours. Want possibility to enter minutes

    When I create budgeted hours (when creating tasks in a project), I would like to be able to enter hours AND MINUTES. I can only input in hours. Often I have smaller tasks that can be completed for example in 25 minutes. Then I would have to enter 1. Or, for example, "01:15" is not possible, I would have to enter "2".

  12. Be able to enter budget time for a task that is less than one hour

    When I want to set budget time for tasks (when creating a project), the minimun amount of time is one hour. I often have tasks that are less that one hour. For example 20 minutes. I would like to be able to enter time less than one hour.

  14. Adding option to upload custom Image to Custom fields

    Hello Zoho Team,

    Adding option to upload custom Image to Custom fields.
    Upload image is required we collected images of our consumers /clients,/Service providers in our system.

    And want to show them ,how much we care about themselves.,so that they can also see their logo etc. while raising estimates,Invoices and Challans,which inturn gives a good impression and long lasting business.

  15. Job description on email invoice

    I always send invoices and estimates to my inbox for final review before sending to clients. There is no indication of the address of work done on invoice. other then the number, it would be good to have a field at top of email with full job description for myself and multiple mail outs to same client to make accounting easier and faster. I do work for real estate agencies, who multiple task many jobs at once, at present there is no indication on email which job is which. re Tim

    Hi Tim,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    We believe “custom fields” can help you with this requirement. Apart from the default fields that the system offers (like invoice date, number etc.,), you can create additional fields, which can be filled while creating the invoice and even displayed in the invoice PDF.

    To create a custom field, please navigate to Settings > Preferences > Invoices > Custom fields + New custom field.

  16. [BUG] Font in Bank Details can not be set to same size as Customer Notes (despite size picker)

    Text in Bank Details cannot be made the same size as Customer Notes. I tried this on the Standard European Style Template and choosing 10px in Bank Details was smaller and 13px was larger than the text in Customer Notes.

    Please update the font size menu in Templates > Edit > Footer > Add your bank details. Please add the sizes 11px and 12px.

  17. Transfer Tasks from Estimates to Invoices/Timesheets

    I am a management consultant who uses the Estimate feature to send proposals to clients, detailing the scope definition and tasks for their approval. Once they approve an Estimate, I should be able to import it directly into Timehseet Projects with all of the Tasks so I can charge time against the Tasks as proposed. Better integration with Zoho Projects (i.e. importing project tasks into Timesheets and Invoices) would be even better, but within Invoice, the Estimate should be transferred to the Timesheet so an invoice can be generated each month with whatever tasks have billable time charged against them.

  18. Project invoiceing date

    For my projects, they often start 6 months to a year in advance of completion, and have multiple updates during that period. The projects always have a hard end date, so would there be a possibility of adding an "invoice by" date, and setting a reminder for these projects?

  19. Set due date when converting estimate to invoice

    My company is a service based business, so when I send an estimate to a customer, I have a custom date field for a reservation date. For example, The customer is requesting my services for an event at some date in the future. If the customer accepts the estimate, it converts to an invoice but the due date is set to On Receipt. Only the Retainer invoice is due on acceptance, the balance invoice should be set to a date relative to the event, like -5 days.

  20. Scan Receipts directly to Zoho Invoice module

    Rather than scanning, saving then uploading a receipt, it would be great to simply scan the receipt directly into the Invoice module.
