Setting of yearly/monthly income goals

Remove restriction on Organization Logo size
Please consider lifting the restriction on the organization logo size to be 240px x 240px. My organization's logo is text-based so the width is far greater than the height (380px x 70px). This change would also permit the logo to be a more appropriate size/ratio in all the email templates as it currently looks almost illegible. Thank you. :-)

Easy upgrade from mobile to standard subscription
Am completely baffled why this is such a hard process. Am trying to do this currently however I have phoned and am still awaiting the email with directions. Have sent another email, and now the phones are not being answered. Very frustrating.

Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.
We have recently rolled out an enhancement that can serve as a good workaround to your requirement.
You can now print/email the customer statements of up to ‘25’ contacts in bulk.
To try this out:
- Navigate to the “Contacts” tab;
- Select the contacts whose statements you need to print/email;
- Set a date range (The transactions created within this date range will be included in the statement);
- Go for the “Send customer statements” or “Print customer statements” option.Give it a spin and send your feedback to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com

I want an invoice that has been paid, to turn into a Receipt
You know how you can turn an estimate into an invoice. Maybe you can make a module for Receipts, which converts an invoice into a Receipt.
In the Recurring Invoices you can set it up so it will Create, Charge and Send Invoice, when in fact it should Create, Charge and Send Receipt. The definition on Receipt is: An acknowledgment (usually tangible) that payment has been made. So maybe you have the following modules / pages in the left menu: Estimates, Invoices, Receipts and so on.

Option of multiple addresses
We have multiple offices under one company and finance team. An option to have multiple company address so as to quote and invoice from the relevant office would be great.

Job Management
Job Management.
The ability to manage your daily jobs, book them in and assign to your customers. Then convert them to invoices when complete. Or add expenses to each job to manage equipment, materials etc.11 votes -
Allow TimeSheets to be created without a project, just a customer
I'd like the ability to create a timesheet for a customer and not have it associated with a project. I do retainer billing for my customers and that retainer encompasses multiple projects. I end up having to create a project that's named the same as the customer and place all my timesheet items in there. There needs to be a way to just create a timesheet item and attach it to a customer and not to a particular project.

Windows 10 Universal app
Please create a Windows 10 Universal app for both desktop and mobile. The current apps that are available allow me to get by however they lack many features that are available on other platforms and the UI is out of date my many years.

Email future service reminders from Zoho invoice
Be able to add a field option to sent invoices for future service reminders, follow up customer for either 6 or 12 month reminder options via email direct from zoho invoice

Banking Tab - Balance of bank accounts
Zoho Invoice is an invoicing software, but I don't see why this one should not have a Banking tab to manage bank transactions, and balances of account. It would be nice to connect this whit Payments received and Expenses, so we can track those more efficiently.

In Zoho Invoice, it is not possible to integrate your bank account; Sorry about that.
However, you can achieve it using Zoho Books. It is actually a super-set of Zoho Invoice, meaning, it has every single feature of Zoho Invoice and a lot more functionalities to make your accounting worthwhile. In Zoho Books, you can connect your bank account and fetch automatic feeds. The best part is that you can upgrade your Zoho Invoice account directly to Zoho Books with just a few clicks.

Betweens Estimate and Invoice, the step Customer Order is need.

In Zoho Invoice, it’s not possible to create ‘customer orders’ as such. However, in Zoho Books, you would be able to convert estimates into ‘sales order’s, which can then be converted to invoices.

Notes Section
Would it be possible to have a notes section that only the business where the Estimate/Invoice is coming from can see?
