  1. Billable Item Markup or Margin

    In the items section, Zoho has the ability to make it a two sided item (meaning it can be a sales item or a purchase item).
    This would be great if the concept could be taken to its logical conclusion.
    If we think of a single transaction going through all the stages, we see that
    A quote can be converted a sales order, and it uses the sales side price.
    A sales order can be converted to a purchase order, and the purchase side cost is used
    A purchase order can be converted to a bill
    But a bill cannot…

  2. autocharge

    Currently, Zoho Books autocharges with GoCardless on the day the invoice is created. This then charges the customer approximately 5 to 8 days later.

    We provide 30 days for some of our customers and it would be helpful if we could set the autocharge date (or number of days after the invoice date)

    Can this be added as a feature please. Thanks

  4. Create a purchase status for quote/estimate

    Sometimes you need to shop around and get a part price from a few vendors, or a vendor may issue a price list.

    It would be great if you could have a Purchase quote status, much like a sales estimate.

  7. set a mileage rate per customer or project

    I get paid different mileage rates by different customers. It would be good to be able to set a mileage rate per customer or project. This would cut administration down significantly.

  8. Mileage report

    Add the ability to see number of miles on reports so that the total mileage is shown. This can then be used to calculate the amount not claimed by the employee if the mileage rate paid is less than the hmrc rates.

  9. View list of selected vendors for a particular item while creating an Purchase order.

    While creating a purchase order for a low stock items, all vendor are displayed while choosing vendor name. It would be really helpful if while selecting vendor name while creating an purchase order for an particular item, Inventory displays only preferred and list of vendors tagged to that item.
    Instead now it displays all vendors who may not even sell that particular item. This leads to error and waste of time to find out the list of vendors from whom we can purchase the item.

  10. Allow customization of the Bank Reconciliation Details report.

    Both of my businesses have multiple bank accounts. It would be helpful for my CPA to identify the business and its corresponding bank account in the main title section of the Reconciliation Details report. Without this customization it becomes a tedious task to manually write or stamp on each page which business and account this particular report belongs to.

  13. Enable restrictions on printing Invoices/Delivery Notes/Packing Slips.

    I have given access to several users on creating Invoices.

    However, I would like to restrict users from printing Invoices/Delivery Notes/Packing Slips in both Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory so I can control the printouts.

    Can anyone help with this? Customer support has informed me that this is currently not possible.

  15. can you short close a purchase order in zoho books?

    Suppose I bought 100mt of goods and my supplier only loaded 98MT. The purchase order shows partially billed. Although, my supplier won't we loading any more material. So how can I short close the purchase order?

  17. Group receipts/expenses into a single page for zoho invoice (same as zoho expense can do)

    For ZOHO books -> invoice: Group up to 9 expense receipts in the client invoice (same feature as in ZOHO expense); currently the invoice inserts one receipt to single page generating too many pages.

  18. Need "Select User" view in Timesheet / Zoho Books please.

    In Books - TimeSheets, we have "Select Customer", Select Project", etc. We really need "Select User", please. (Or have to export to spreadsheet?)

    In zoho Books 'Bills' there is an option to bulk update, but I want to bulk update the 'Due date' but this is not an option.

  20. Triplog Integration

    I use Triplog to track my business vehicle use via the GPS phone app. It works well, and currently has its own integrations with Quickbooks, Concur & Freshbooks. An integration with Zoho would be handy, mostly as a way of avoiding double entry on vehicle related expenses, etc. Alternatively, you busy little coders could figure out a way of having your OWN gps vehicle logging app for business. I'd switch instantly! :)
