  1. i want to make able to choose automaticly on the last day of the month to send automatickly statment og the month.

    i have every day Costumer telling me that I need to send them statment on last day of the month so they all do pay on next 20, at this stage i pay one by one but is taking to much time, seems all other online softwars offr this.

  2. Account type change for accounts ledgers having transactions

    Account type change for accounts ledgers having transactions should be enabled as it's not available once any transaction done in it.

    If account created in wrong head, it will reflect at wrong places in P&L and balance sheet which is not desirable. And such mistakes can happen from new users of zoho books

  6. Invoice to Delivery Challan

    In the manufacturing Industry we need to submit delivery challan against invoices.Currently, we have to create a new challan and copy down the details from the invoice which is a tedious process. The user should be able to convert an invoice into a challan. There is a feature available to convert a challan to invoice but we actually need the reverse.

  8. imprest/petty cash

    Need a feature for imprest/petty cash management where we can manage 100 of accounts with the help of zoho. For a big organisation it will be a better option and easy access to maintain the accounts.

  10. Add an Item Code

    I would like to suggest to please add an Item Code. For now, we are using the Item Name as our Item Code. When we generate the "Inventory Summary" or "Inventory Valuation Summary", it only shows the Item Name as our Item Code and product description are not shown. If you can add the "Item Code" then I will revise all our products to its correct code and Item Name can be the "Product Description". If Item Code cannot be added, please add in the reports a column for the "Product Description". Please help me as this is important for…

    Zoho Books Automatic Reminders should have option to omit attachment of auto-generated invoice.

    In many countries, the auto-generated invoice is not useful, since a formal invoice must be issued either on paper or by the tax authority's electronic system. Not only is the auto-generated invoice not useful, it also generates confusion for the client, Zoho Books could offer an option to send the Invoice record's attachments (where a copy of the true invoice can be stored).

  18. Proyectar la tesorería a futuro en función de los ingresos y gastos

    La ideas es que se pueda proyectar a futuro la tesorería en base a los ingresos y gastos que se puedan preveer y de manera aproximada para saber como estará la empresa en un momento determinado y así poder tomar mejores decisiones.

  19. Email Integration for Contact Persons at a company. Not only for 1 Company email address.

    Email integration is available only for "Customer" email address not for people who work at the customer, "contact persons". This renders this feature useless as we deal with multiple email contacts at our customers and vendors. Please cater for the "Contact Persons" email address's instead of only at "Contact Level".

  20. You should be able to see the full amount of deposits which make up multiple payments.

    When you bring in the deposits from the bank feed, you should be able to see the full amount of the deposit in your reconcilements instead of individual amounts. Because it is difficult to reconcile for that month without seeing the full amount that the bank shows on your statements. It does not help to match deposits up with what the bank shows on their statements. Which makes it difficult to be able to reconcile.
