  1. Territory based tracking for transactions & contacts

    i need every transaction & contact to have an assigned territory. then i need to be able to filter & organize my reports by territory. this field should be per line item on the transactions for max flexiblity, but a transaction level field is fine too if it means the feature is available sooner.

    additionally i want to control user permissions by territory too (but that can come later).

  2. Exclude Shipping Charges from Sales by Sales Person report.

    Exclude Shipping Charges from Sales by Sales Person report. This would allow us to use this report for calculating commissions.

  3. Cannot Reconcile An account if no transaction in that month. This should be able to be reconciled.

    Should be able to reconcile a bank account for the month if no transaction were done in the month.

    Today we get error "Please select a transaction and try again."

  4. Add ordering feature.

    Allow a customer to log on and choose what item they want to order. This would start a work order automatically.

  5. Project with itemised fixed budget

    I want to be able to create a project that has itemized fixed budget. For example lie this:
    - development : 5000.-
    - design : 3000.-
    - hosting: 1000.-

    When I issue an invoice for the project, I can show the items.

    Right now I can only have one total fixed budget, which I need to edit every time something is added and when I issue an invoice, only one line for the total budget is indicated.

  6. Sales Order Total minus Purchase Orders Made to that Sales Order

    For a sales order, have a field or view that deducts the total sales order value from purchase orders made on that sales order to give "Remaining Profit of Sales Order."

    This really should be sales order level or a report could work too. This would give a running "Profit" of the sales order vs "Loss" of purchase orders made under that sales order.

  7. Add authorized signature in purchase order

    It will be nice if you add authorized signatory (signed document) in purchase order templates, since many vendors in UAE still insist a signed purchase order only.

  8. Option to show the SKU after entering the item in the Purchase order

    During creation of a PO, user can enter the respective item via its SKU. However, when it comes to the editing of the PO, the SKU of the item is missing in the UI.

    It would be great if the SKU of the item can be seen during the editing of the PO.

  9. Total Profit made on by Invoice or estimate

    It would be nice to be able to run a report by estimate or invoice to see the profit made right from to estimate or invoice and/or just she it some where on the screen but not for customer to view

  10. Could you add support for POLi Payments or other NZ Payment gateways

    We are interested in using a more cost effective payment system to PayPal could you add intergration with the likes of POLi Payments as shown here:http://www.polipaymentdeveloper.com/initiate

  11. I want to see how much money is left in my retainers

    I see that my retainers are « partially achieved », but I want to see how much money is left in my retainers to pay future invoices. I want to see it in the summary table and in the details.

  12. Option of entering Percentage shall be introduced in Quantity field

    My business involves projects at Fixed agreed cost. Which require %billing on achieving project predefined milestones. This feature will help a lot just by giving option to show fraction to percentage.

    Would be cool to have an integration with Streak to track how often your estimate of cost has been opened when sent by email.
    In order to nurture accordingly the prospect.

  14. Company Name on Browser Tabs

    Having multiple companies with Zoho Books, I have multiple Tabs open in my web browser making it difficult to know which one to switch to since there is no identification on the tab. All you see is Zoho Books on all of them.

    I would be great to have the name of the company on the web browser tab espacially when you work with multiple company at the same time.

  16. notes in estimates over to sales orders

    I would like any Notes we write in the Customer notes box of the Estimate to be carried over to the Sales Order when converted. At present this does not happen

  17. Apply outstanding receivable to the outstanding payable.

    I have Companies that are both Customers and Vendors. It would be wonderful if we could apply outstanding receivables to outstanding payables and visa versa. That way we wouldn't have to write large checks to one another every month when our balances are about even.

  19. Include option to consolidate all files into one file

    Feature that would allow the Invoice with attachments to be sent as one PDF file instead of separate files in the invoice. Maybe it could be a checkbox option so that those that work with customers who want a single file can send Invoice with paperwork directly through Zoho Books.

  20. Give options for fonts on cheques (checks)

    I would like to change the font on a cheque PDF. Right now it is using a serif font and our cheques are sans serif. It would be nice to be able to modify this and some other formatting for cheques.
