  1. Bill Creation for Service Expenses like Telephone Bill, Rent etc

    Presently we can only create a Bill for Items. But in practical life we get bills that are due in the future for Services as well. Want the bill functionality to be extended to recording the Bills for Service type expenses as well like Telephone Bill, WIFI Bill, Utilities Bill and Rent bill and other similar bills.

  2. save customer credit card

    When a customer clicks a payment link within an invoice and they make the payment, we cannot reuse that card for future transactions. We have to request card info or send a new payment link. Can you enable it so that the customer makes the first payment and then refers to that card in the future.

  3. discount expiry

    It would be fantastic if you could add the ability to only offer discounts for a specific amount of payments cycles on recurring invoices.

    Eg. Only offer 10% off for the first 2 payment cycles and then reverts automatically to full price.

  4. Add a report for Reminders

    It would be good to have a report showing the reminder emails that have been sent over a period of time. It's difficult to track these when the only visiblity of reminders is on the invoice itself.

    When we receive money from a Customer, they would like to have a money receipt (cash/cheque) which prevails in Indian systems. Autonumbering feature of Such receipts would be a great help .

  9. Include steps on how to integrate Contracts with Zoho Books for automatic invoicing please.

    We would like to be able to upload the Marketing Agreement / Contracts to Zoho Books for automatic invoicing. What we know is we can upload the contract in the Zoho Sign app then integrate it to Zoho Books, however, how can we automatically invoice it ?

  14. Submit vendor credit note through expenses

    I want to be able to record and submit a supplier credit note in the same way that I would any other expense through the ZoHo mobile app.

    The credit is applied by the supplier directly using the business account debit card.

    Please enable option to issue job challan to jo workers and then the adjustment of that goods after returing from the job in terms of price and quantity.

  17. Owner's equity difference with other equity

    I want to be able to transfer money from the bank account directly to the owner's to/from advances account created. Zoho only allows to transfer to "Owner's equity" account. So I have to transfer first to Petty cash, then enter a journal from petty cash to the owner's to/from account...

    I think the difference is the builtin "Owner's equity" account accounts for the Owner's equity AFTER all liabilities of the company.
    That account is more made to account for the owner's shares into the company..

    I want to be able to manage that independently.

  18. Deer porn, whole sequence

    Here is the sequence of photos from the rape scene at camera number 3. The Pic of the act has 5 photos with him mounted. If you look closely at the last one you can see the cigarette they are smoking.

  19. eBay Managed Payments With Reconciliation

    Ebay now makes bulk payments to our bank (everday) unfortunately there is no way for us to reconcile an invoice to a bank transaction. Would be good to have a solution as I believe quickbooks has one for ebay managed payments.
