  6. invoice to challan

    I have been facing 2 issues -
    1. When i convert my estimate to invoice the Terms & Conditions changes to the t&cs of last invoice. I would want that the terms and conditions in the invoice should remain same as in the estimates.

    1. We've the create challan's every time a material is delivered, but there is no option to convert and invoice into a challan which becomes a big hassle. Would love to have these features soon on Zoho.

  8. Sales should have Sales type Drop down so that we can differentiate our sales and generate the reports

    We have Digital Sales and Non digital sales , no options to differentiate sales type in zoho which is very basic feature , unable to generate the report, every time we have to download and work on excel is no use having system, please address this add sales type option.

    We would like an option of choosing to export only active items in inventory. before downloading, you could have an "ignore inactive items" button.

  10. Add the ability to change the theme colour depending on which Organisation you are in

    Currently in the mobile app you can select a theme, which changes the main colour of the app. It would be really handy to be able to have a theme per organisation, so that you can visually see which organisation you are currently in.

  12. Paying multiple expenses reports in one go

    We should be able to pay multiple employee expense reports in one go, currently we can only chose one at a time. It should be similar to paying multiple vendor bills in one transfer... come on guys, I can't believe that I am requesting this simple feature!

    consider just adding PayPal bank transfers instead of just credit card payments in the meantime.

    after saving the item specification we are not able to edit the item.I any manual error happened then we are not able to use the same specification and not able to manage the inventory as well. please discuss and do the needful... Sharon-7904673323

  15. Print expenses in bulk, by selecting expenses need to be print.

    Easily print all expenses required by just selecting and all are printed without opening one by one.

    Please dont make custom field data type compulsion, as many things are there which contains both number alphabets and percentage.

  17. Have an option to turn off Email alerts for auto-creating of draft recurring invoices.

    We have several recurring invoices that we send out, most need adjusting prior to sending. We have them setup to create a draft when the recurrence is triggered and that works fine. However, Zoho sends an email alert to our accounting email for each of these invoices. It would be great to opt out of that alert so we don't get hundreds of notices emailed to us.

    For made-to-order products, there is no options to create workflow that allows automatic generation of PO from Sales Order
